The Farm Table is offers a weekly garden box for $ 30 a week plus an annual subscription. You also have the option to «upgrade» for an additional charge and add dairy and meat products to your weekly delivery. I had a couple of glitches with my annual subscription and weekly delivery. However to the credit of the Farm Table they resolved my issues quickly. The Farm Table website is extremely easy to navigate and it allows you to skip weeks.(In other words you are not obligated to purchase a box every week after you pay for your annual subscription.) Buyer beware — If you don’t place a skip on the Farm Table website by Sunday night you will automatically be charged for a box(delivered to my area on Thursdays). I had to put a reminder on my calendar because I did(at no fault of The Farm Table) get a couple of boxes that I didn’t need. The quality of The Farm Table’s food(at least from what I have received in my garden boxes) is good. The weekly garden box will only provide you fresh in season vegetables and fruits. I have gotten kale, salad, squash, apples, sweet potatoes and onions in my «springtime» garden boxes. In other words, if you want strawberries in April you’d be better off going to a regular grocery store. If you like to cook(or eat a lot) of vegetables(like me) and like the idea and/or have belong to a crop share in the past, I recommend The Farm Table. It provides you with fresh vegetables like a crop share does with the added bonus of not having to pick it up at a separate location.
