I have had several bad customer service experiences here in the past, but it appears that ownership/​employees may have changed in the past year to year and a half. The jewelry/​checkout is now in the center of the store and staffed by new, friendly faces.
I always find this place to be a little pricey, but the items are very nice. Definitely worth a look if you are in the area.

Having just moved to the area with a new house to finish furnishing, I love prowling higher end consignment shops to find that perfect thing. Currently, I am on a quest for end tables.
This shop has a lot of inventory, which seems to be kind of a mixed bag. But it is certainly worth a look if you are in the neighborhood.
