Artizen Nails & Spa

This salon appeared to be very clean and it has a relaxing environment. I found everyone to be very courteous and my nails turned out wonderfully. I have used this shop on about 3 occasions.

Okay, so I’m a chronic nailbiter. I have been to a lot of nail salons, but I have had no success with anything looking remotely natural. I just left Artizen, and I can’t stress enough how phenomenal is Trinh. I can honestly say, this is the first time my nails look natural. I am so impressed! I know I will be a repeat customer.

My first time to this salon was on Christmas Eve and they had food out for the customers. The salon is really really clean and the technicians were really friendly. I waited for about 20 minutes to get a pedicure and gel mani but mainly because of the holiday and they were closing in a few hours. I definitely plan on making this my go to salon when I am in the RVA area, I’m so mad I didn’t know about this place when I lived there! They also have a loyalty stamp program where if you fill up 10 stamps you get $ 15 off. I definitely would recommend this salon!

This place is welcoming, super clean and they do good work, which is sometimes very hard to find! Had to knock off a star because of the price confusion of their pedicures.

This place is awesome! Great service. Very relaxing and clean atmosphere. Love the ladies who did our nails — very fun and inviting to talk to. I went on my lunch break with a friend to get a gel mani but will DEFINITELY be returning for regular manicures. The pedicure chairs look SO comfy — so I will be back for a pedicure too. GO HERE. One of the best nail salons I have been to in the Richmond area!

The whole experience was amazing. I got the gel manicure from Teresa. I added on the hand and back massage which was awesome. She was quick, efficient, and did a great job. I will definitely be back.

Believe me, they deserve every star possible. Amazing customer service. This is truly a relaxing spa experience. Best one I have been to yet. Owners are friendly and accommodating. Well worth the trip to visit Artizen Nails & Spa!

I don’t get my nails done very often, but this week I really had a hankering to do so, so I did. I have a friend who had gone to Artizen before and she said that it was the best nail salon that she’d ever gone to. Now, this friend is one of those girls who gets her nails done regularly, so I figured that if she said it, then it must be true!
I moseyed in there on New Years Eve expecting it to be a zoo, but I was pleasantly surprised. The soothing sounds of waves crashing greeted me and I may have even let an approving «oh!» escape my mouth. The space is big enough to be inviting and small enough to evoke an über relaxing atmosphere. I loved the customer service, décor, and the perk of your choice of free coffee or tea! I immediately knew that this nail shop was going to be mine.
I was incredibly pleased with my manicure and pedicure. She took her time and didn’t even hesitate to fix a toe nail that I messed up while walking from the pedicure chair to the manicure table. The hot oil massage and stones that I received with the pedicure were a heavenly addition to my services and made the experience that much better. Let’s just talk about those pedicure chairs for a second: TO DIE FOR! Not gonna lie… I almost fell asleep.
Overall, this is a wonderful place to get your nails done in RVA and I will start recommending it to everyone!

I have gotten my nails done at 4 different places in the past 6 months and this place is by far the best! Similar prices as any other nail salon but the atmosphere is so much nicer and more peaceful. My nails came out looking amazing! The technicians there are so skilled. I was very impressed!
