Very great company. Needed to sale an item which was a MacBook Air new in box laptop (at NYC 47^th location). I called prior to coming in and was greeted very respectfully. I came by to sell some scrap jewelry and coins and was told by the slender blonde lady they couldn’t buy it because the manager had stepped out… but he would be back in ten minutes. Half an hour later, she was still trying to track him down on the phone.
If the store is «We Buy Goods» or «We Buy Gold» (the sign says one thing, but the business card says something else. Seems kinda weird-​which one is registered with the BBB?) then someone should be there to, you know, actually buy goods. I finally left because I have better things to do than wait and see IF a manager shows up. The lady told me they close at 8. At 7:30 when I came back the store was already locked and gated.
I would go for phone repairs, the tech guy, John, seems to be the only one in the store with any idea what’s going on. Maybe the manager has a clue, but if he’s AWOL then he’s useless. I had no problem with the last repair, it was done quickly and didn’t cost too much. The repairs and tech stuff is the best deal around.
The kicker is, the lady can’t SELL anything either. So why is she there? Why does no one even have an idea what the store’s hours are? Most stores post their hours… then again, most stores have employees.

I took my ipad here and Jon replaced the screen for me. They really hooked it up! This place is super affordable, reliable, and just all around helpful!
