Small parking lot. You’re lucky if you can find a spot. Place is cozy. Their coffee is amazing especially their Frappuccino. Nice snacks. Staff is very friendly and helpful and know what they are doing!

Had to do a review because of their excellent service. The staffs here were all so friendly. Especially the ones working today (5÷24÷16) in the afternoon.

The worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Went in the evening and got a tall decaf coffee. The «hot» coffee was cold– not lukewarm, cold! At other Starbucks, they make a fresh pour over when they run out of hot decaf coffee. They ran out of soymilk, so they offered me coconut milk, which made the coffee taste sour. Absolutely disgusting. I dumped it after 2 sips. They weren’t apologetic or accommodating when I told them the drink was terrible. Never again.
On the other hand, the seating is decent and there’s a tiny parking lot. Location is near Jamaica Hosp.

Very loud staff, some unfriendly, music was extremely loud. Atmosphere feels as though I would have been in an elementary school lunchroom. Definitely not a reading friendly zone. The barista gave me a pissy face when I asked him to put whipped cream on my drink. Oh yeah, there’s also NO BATHROOM at this location.

It never fails with this place. The order clearly says light caramel drizzle with extra whip. What do you know ??? no extra whip and no Caramel drizzle. What’s the point of mobile ordering? if you’re walways going to receive the wrong order!!. The employees need to pay more attention to orders.

Great location for owner I guess, at intersection of Jamaica and Metropolitan. Small parking lot, good luck with parking and a block away from Jamaica Hospital.
Standard Starbucks fare, over roasted coffee. I almost exclusively only order coffee here. Filled to the brim, staff don’t really cheap out on the pour.

How are you going to have a coffee shop that charges a premium for their drinks and NO CUSTOMER BATHROOM!

I think this is probably one of the best, if not the best Starbucks I’ve been to thus far. Not because of the drinks, because drinks are pretty standard accross the board, but I think that this location has the best customer service overall-​coming from all employees at one location. Everyone who provided service was stellar which was great! Also, I like the size of this particular location. It’s pretty spacious.

Great location for this Starbucks. It’s never too busy and you can usually find a table to sit at. The service is quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area.
*No bathroom facility for the public.

This Starbucks is actually very close to my job so I come here almost everyday. Very clean, usually the same workers that are really friendly, and the food is always fresh and never expired. My only complaint is that sometimes they need to open more registers.

Every so often we like to get Starbucks and decided to give this location a try for the first time. Layout is nice but could have been better compared to other locations I’ve been to. Cashier could have been more friendly but there was a crowd so he gets a pass on that. Now for the drink iced caramel macchiato it didn’t taste like What I Normally get when I do go to a Starbucks. This one was different it made me a little mad we spent almost $ 20.00 and it didn’t meet my expectations. So unfortunately I give this location three stars.

This is not a Starbucks ! Every drink was terrible. Ordered 4. First no lids for the mini frappé. Then the guy makes the smores Frapp all wrong. The caramel macchiato taste like milk with caramel sauce not a hint of expresso. Also ordered a white chocolate mocha what was that? Bad. Only because we got on the highway right after did I not turn back and get a refund for ALL. Go to the one on Queens Blvd…

This location is bittersweet. First off you will never find parking, secondly they are always out of stock of the seasonal drinks such as peach green tea lemonade, caramel ribbon crunch etc. & lastly majority of the employees are unfriendly.
Aside from that. One employee whom i always enjoy seeing is KIA!!! She greets customers with the biggest smile & always accommodates. She even goes out her way to put your piping hot panini in a shopping bag that way you don’t burn your hands & she always has a smile on her face. When i go there in the AM hours i always look forward to her taking my order, if it weren’t for an employee like her i wouldn’t bother wasting my time at that location. 3 stars, for Kia.

Service is by far one of the best. i love the staff !!! & most of the time there is always seating !

My favorite Starbucks location! The staff knows me (because I get the same thing everyday) and its a great addition to the neighborhood. Shout outs to Nika + Joanna for always being friendly!

Excellent customer service at this location. In fact, the best customer service I have encountered at any star bucks (and I’m a card carrying member). Will definitely come here again. Friendly and quick service.

Please hire quality staff and be on top of stock. I constantly am told how there aren’t any sandwiches that I order, or getting poor quality drinks. Other than that, good location.

How can you not have lemonade when its 75 degrees outside and people love iced tea lemonades?!! This is outrageous and you guys should have more in stock.

I love Starbuck’s so I was delighted to find this location right off the Van Wyck. I was also happy to find that there is a parking lot. I was there pretty early (6am) so finding a parking spot wasn’t an issue. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly. My order was scrumptious.

This is a clean, quick and friendly Starbucks located 2 blocks away from Jamaica Hospital. I think the size is appropriate and the seating is sufficient. They even have a shared parking lot with Walgreens. I definitely prefer this Starbucks over the Dunkin Donuts across the street.
