not returning if I could give it no stars I would… here is why… I went to celebrate my bday on 3÷14÷15 and was disappointed with everything but the music… service suck security sucks even more… I tried to contact management and never was able to just to just got the run a round but here is what I sent to one of the organizers and. «hi Luis… I just wanted to make a suggestion that I want u to share with FUSION’s management. it’s a lounge for customers not the staff. I I noticed that the servers and security were lounging around instead of doing their job and creating a pleasant environment for the CUSTOMERS. when 3 altercations occur involving the same people an security does not show up quickly that is a hazard for customers and staff. SECURITY should be a force that is strongly felt in the establishment so that people know their place and feel that aggressive behaviors are not going to be tolerated
I don’t feel that servers should be smoking hookah and taking selfies ALL night. I feel that for the price I paid in vip I should have had VIP service not having to hunt a waitress down when ever I needed something and have dudes fighting on top of me, my party and my „vip“ table just because security does not know how to regulate the crowd please share with management at the lounge »

Fusion Lounge, although a great place, gets 1 single star. The live music (El Prodigio) was great. They didn’t have my table reservation in until the night of. Their promoters are very unorganized. God forbid I wasn’t early, I would not have had a table.
I’d highly recommend Arena Lounge over Fusion. Their staff is way out of touch, and left us waiting for much too long for service. I will not return.
