I don’t believe you can call yourself a sandwich shop and not offer regular mayo, and yes I asked if they had regular mayo, and the employee told me they dont offer it. The lite mayo forced on customers is tasteless crap. Also, a customer shouldn’t have to stand there and tell them to put more of every ingredient on the sandwich simply because management teaches them to be cheap. Go to Jimmy John’s, much better.

I’ve been here a few times and each time I have ordered from them, their subs are fresh and pretty darn good. I normally order the Subway club on Italian herb and cheese bread with American cheese toasted with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, red onions and to top that off with light sweet onion sauce. I just love the consistency of their subs and when I’m feeling a Sub I always come to this location! Summertime is upon us, so that means I need to shed some weight

Nothing more then a place to get a decent sub sandwich. The consistency is always nice to have when ordering something you expect to taste the same as last time. The customer service here is better then most subways but I still get a hint of un satisfaction that comes along with every subway employee I’ve encountered. Overall, just another subway store to get a fairly priced satisfactory sub.

It was just okay. And I don’t know if they’re trained at Subway to use maximum condiments but, I have only rarely been able to get them to go easy on the mustard. I say«just a tiny bit of mustard» and invariably I get a double fat strip of mustard up and down my little 6″ sandwich. Makes you wonder what«lots of mustard» would get you. Seriously, I should have taken a picture of this thing, it was basically a bright yellow mustard sandwich.

Sadly, service has really slipped. Very slow – I waited 8 minutes before anyone came to take my order at 5 pm as only car in drive through. My foot-long vege sub seemed really thin so I pulled over and opened the wrappings. I had an amazing 6 slices of olives and 8 wilted spinach leaves-argh! So slow service and skimping on toppings.

I think kindergartners could be better Sandwich Artists! In this economy, you would think people would be more appreciative and really take into consideration that customer service is highly regarded! Great customer service = Customer LOYALTY! I’ll start with the beginning since it was actually the best part of my visit. So, I walk in and hear… «Heeeeey, how are you today!!!»… I think awesome! Today’s lunch @ Subway is going to be wonderful if this sets the tone for how my lunch is going to be prepared. Too bad the 1 star is for their greeting and not towards my sandwich. The crew they have in there for lunch(I went around 12:45PM) was the worst ever! I have been to Subway a number of times, including this one. Never EVER has it been so crappy. The first guy wasn’t bad, I mean, come one… I order veggie, so it’s pretty simple. He grabs the bread, slaps on some cheese and off I go to the girl who was adding the veggies. He asked 3 times if I wanted my sandwich toasted. All three times, I politely responded with a «No thank you».(Downfall to having to greet every single customer opening the door, it was distracting & made him forget I suppose). The ONLY real part about making my sandwich… the veggies! I asked for mayo & light mustard. I may as well of asked for a mayo & mustard sandwich!!! Ok… I can scrape most of that off. I get over it. Starting to get a headache. Moving along… I stated that I would like lettuce, onion, tomato… then I let her catch up after asking me multiple times if I wanted tomatoes. I then added the request for cucumbers, green peppers &EXTRA banana peppers. I never did get my green peppers. I gave up repeating that one. I did manage to get a total of 8 banana pepper rings though. WOOTWOOT! ***Side Note: I usually get more than 8 before I request the extra. I get through the veggie request & ask for Oil & Vineger. It’s put on my sandwich smack dab in the middle ONLY. WHAT??? WHAT!!! Ok… so I say… can I get the Oil & Vinegar on my whole sandwich? She looks at me like I’m losing my mind(ok, I might be)…and I repeat… she does finally do it. This sandwich looks horrible. I think about this the whole way back to my desk… and instead of enjoying my Sandwich, I’m writing a review. I do feel better though. Still hungry. :-(

I’m glad they started $ 5 footlongs again because it’s hard to pay more for what you get.
