This is my favorite Starbucks in town! All of the employees are very friendly and they make your drink perfect every time. There is a ton of seating after the new remodel and it looks great. The seasonal displays always look excellent.

If you can handle the constant buzzing of flies you will like this location. Many of the staff are friendly. Product quality is never a question. The fly problem has has been consistent since I began going there 12 years ago. The café can be loud. Seating is usually not a problem, the free WiFi crowd and businesses that dominate the seating in some cafes don’t favor this location. Sunday morning is often standing room only, a popular fitness facility is next door and they relax here in large groups.

this is my favorite starbucks in the area, and thankfully it’s right by my house. the employees are all really nice, so even going through the drive thru is something to look forward to.
yes, the line can be long. but considering how busy it gets, they push people through super fast. even when there are 8 or 9 cars in line, it doesn’t take *that* long because they power through the orders. once i waited in line awhile with only a couple cars ahead of me, and they comped one of the items on my order when i hadn’t even said anything. my only complaint would actually be the setup of the drive thru, because it can be a bit dangerous getting in the entrance to it at times when traffic is chaotic.
anyway, my drinks always taste good and they are always so nice that i’d rather sit in line a bit than go somewhere else. :)

Is it wierd that I love where I live partly because this Starbucks is always on my way to anywhere? Even if I am somewhere else, I drive out of my way to go to Gage and Keene Starbucks. They are always friendly, and my drink is always right. A couple times I have gone to a different bux and my drink was made wrong. I take it to the Gage and Keene team and they have no problem fixing it/​making me a new one. They are always courteous and friendly about it.
My son likes the little cups of whipped cream, and even though they’re free and probably a hassle, the girls and guys never have a problem getting him a «puppy whip». I do wish there were more seating in the lobby, but I heard that a remodel is coming soon!
Update: they did remodel and there is plenty of seating now.

The employees are nice and always friendly w. smiles, but this Starbucks is the worst yet .
My order has been messed up multiple times. Enough times that even my boyfriend (who doesn’t even drink coffee) hates this location .
And it’s a shame because it’s so close to my house.

Usually I would just copy and paste my usual Starbucks review, because 97% of the time, my experiences at Starbucks stores are positively similar across the board. However, this Starbucks store in particular is that one anomaly. Of the 5 – 10 poor Starbucks experiences I’ve encountered in my life, about 3 of those have happened here. I have no idea why. 3 out of those 3 times, were poor experiences because the people working there would somehow forget my drink/​food order, and I would end up waiting there way longer than needed.

As I pulled up to this Starbucks I noticed a HUGE line in their drive through… the service inside is just as a slow, and not slow in the typical Starbucks friendly manner; the employees were certainly not spending their time chatting with the customers.

I am a fan of Starbucks and this one is close to my house. I go there quite a bit and the employees are always friendly. That being said, they are also rather slow. The drive thru is especially slow and my order has been messed up more than once. And when it is super busy, the drink quality drops a bit.
I’ve had better luck at the Starbucks on George Washington Way.
