I never ate here because a server never bothered to come to our table. We waited 15 minutes and left. The restaurant was not particularly busy. I won’t be back, but the owner may want to consider training the staff if they plan to succeed.

You can tell these guys really take pride in their pizzas. A couple friends and I ordered 2 pizzas and we were informed that if we wanted to try the brewery next door they would bring our order to us when it’s complete. We got the Razorback which is good but very subtle with the flavor. The New Kid was more of a BAM, I’M DELICIOUS.

Great local place. Check it out. It’s not your hey we are a pizza, and fries joint. No this is a bakery for people who love amazing food and unique dishes. Pastries are amazing, pasta dishes are legit, fresh and again unique. It’s limited on seating. So if you go be patient. It is worth it. And if you can’t seem to wait for an amazing dinner or lunch then get some pastries to go on a Saturday morning.

Great food off the beaten path. We went on a Thursday night and there were few customers. It a small place, but you can see them cook and their huge oven and watch the fire(cool). You order at the counter, then grab a table. We got the late summer snack plate $ 12 and a half rocket, half down south pizza $ 15. Everything was GREAT!!! So delicious! I couldn’t which pizza I liked better. The snack plate bread was cut a little thick, but that was our only complaint! And the oven roasted tomatoes– buy me a jar. The cheese fondue was yummy. The pizzas were delicious. The paper thin potatoes and cheese and BBQ sauce on the down south were a perfect combination. The rocket pizza with arugula and walnut and Parmesan cheese was scrumptious. There were no left overs! We are going back soon.

I bought a couple chocolate croissants and a macaroon when they were set up at the Richland farmers market. Macaroon was ok. Croissants however were terrible. Chocolate was SO bitter and fowl tasting that I could not eat it. Was not light and fluffy. Very disappointed as I spent $ 6.00 for 3 pieces and couldn’t eat two of them. Employee didn’t know prices or what they had. Wish I could give them 0 stars.

I wish I had liked this place, but I found it to be very sad indeed. We were the only customers when they opened and eventually another came. The girl showed us to the counter where you order. I had heard of their fabulous brick oven and I wanted to try a pizza. I also ordered a smoked cherry salad for myself. I also requested water. When we sat down, someone brought two glasses of room temperature water, no ice. Then the salad came(they told us it would be a 28 minute wait for the pizza. It was very nice but we had no napkins and there was only a couple of forks to eat it. The arugala was very long and wouldn’t cut with a fork. I managed using my fingers to stuff it in, spilling a bit on my shirt. Finally the pizza came. The edges were burnt black and the center was very sloppy. Had to use two hands and hold the center up while I again stuffed my face. Managed to drip some on my shirt. I ate the whole slice including the black crust which dropped black chips all over the place. Waitress returned once to ask how we liked the pizza. When I requested a refill on our water the waiter told us where the pitcher was on the counter. If that is service I’m sorry. There were only 2 customers in the place and three staff working. I won’t be back.

I am enjoying this place tremendously! So far, we’ve been there twice. They’re only open Thursday to Saturday so I go when I can. People are super nice and friendly. Great service. You can see them making your food as you wait. What I’ve tried so far: coconut lime white chocolate ice cream, blueberry bread pudding, the south side pizza, the mary jane pizza, roasted asparagus salad and steam mussels. We were kind of indifferent on the mary jane and the steam mussels. They weren’t bad but they weren’t as good as what we had previously. The mussels were on the salty side. I personally LOVE the roasted asparagus salad! I have ordered this every time we ordered anything and will continue as long as they have it on the menu. It is SO good! We love the south side pizza too! It goes really well with the salad haha! The coconut lime ice cream is very tasty on a summer’s day — very refreshing. My boyfriend didn’t really like the taste but I love it. I liked the blueberry bread pudding too. For the most part, anything you order here, you can’t go wrong. While I was waiting for my food, I was eyeing at all their other baked goods too — scones, muffins, macaroons, cookies! I loovveee baked goods but mainly from bakeries that makes it from scratch and this place certainly does. We bought some tarts for my boyfriend’s grandmother’s birthday. There was a lemon and vanilla with berries. They look good though but sadly, I didn’t get to try it. I’m sure I will be back to try some more pizzas and other desserts/baked goods!

Perfectly cooked pizza using high quality ingredients. It was fun to watch the bakers in action from their casual dining area.

Ethos has the best pizza in the area. Scott and Angela really have created an awesome spot in the tricities to eat. The menu is seasonal and well thought out. We go almost very weekend and usually get 2 pizzas, the pizzas are perfect every time!

We were next door at White Bluffs brewery and getting hungry. I remembered various positive Unilocal reviews re: Ethos Bakery’s Pizza. We ordered two different pies, took them home… they were very good! I couldn’t believe how big their wood burning pizza oven is! We will be back again

The pizza here was amazing. The crust really sells it. Toppings were fresh and seasonal. I will go out of my way to return to this place anytime I’m in the Tri-Cities.

I would give it 5 stars if you could bring over a growler of beer from the brewery next door(White Bluffs Brewing). The alternative is to take the pizza to the beer zone. Anyway, I was with a large group so we were able to try a lot of different pizzas and they were all fantastic. Nice crust and fresh ingredients so just choose what you normally like and go. I also grabbed a couple of scones to go for the next morning and they went excellent with a fresh cup of coffee. The space was a bit sparce. It feels like you are having dinner in a lab but the food, service and hospitalitiy more than make up for it. Highly recommend this place.

I love this place, I love their food(pizza, salad, baked goods), and I love their business model. I hope that their locally-sourced artisan vibe catches on in Tri-Cities! Not as cheap as the rest of the joints in town, but there is good reason for that. Vegetarian friendly, and right next to a brewery! What more could you ask for?

Tried the pizza, ½ pesto chicken and ½ cheese and prosciutto, both delicious. The blueberry lemon galette was excellent too. We got a wheat loaf and a baguette to take home and are looking forward to those as well. The huge wood fired pizza oven in the middle of the kitchen is pretty impressive. Neat little place. Glad to see it here.

This place is always great! They have it all from delicious baked goods to wood-fired pizzas… heck, you can’t go wrong with Cougar Gold Cheese on a pizza! Do yourself a favor and go there as soon as possible. You’ll be glad you dropped in.

I’ve been getting Ethos scones, muffins and morning baked goods for a while. Tonight we finally made it in for dinner. We had a half Mary Jane: pesto, seasoned chicken, marinated mushrooms, red onions, feta cheese, topped w/sun dried tomatoes — and half Wise Sage: Roasted squash, goat cheese, and fried sage on an apple leek base. OMG, so yummy. The Wise Sage absolutely fabulous. Needs a tiny bit more color ;-)

A few weeks ago, I was driving home from the Rattle Snake Mountain gun range, and saw the sign out for Ethos. How nice. It was while researching Ethos that I learned about White Bluffs(how can I have lived in the Tri-cities a year and not known about White Bluffs??? Review for another time) Finally, last Saturday, I told my wife I was going to go check out the brewery, and bring us back a pizza. Ethos is very strking inside… clean, and white, with the pizza oven dominating everything. As stated, they only have 4 pizzas options at a time(I’m not sure if you can ask for variation… kind of like asking an artist to paint the sky yellow) They have 4 slick looking butcher block tables available for eating in, but I’m guessing 80% of their business is carry out, or delievered next door to White Bluffs. They were slammed right before I got their… my quoted wait time was 25 minutes, ended up being 45… so, that costs them half a star… it wouldn’t have cost them any stars, if I had been able to handle a 3rd beer at White Bluffs, but then I wouldn’t have been able to drive home. They lose another half a star because the 4 pizza choices listed on their website were not the same four pizza choices available in the restaurant. 2 were the same, 2 were different. It has since been updated, but, it almost threw me off my game. My wife and I got The Razorback… tasty tomato sauce, mozzeralla, prosciutto, and fresh basil. Words do not describe how good it was. Not huge…6 pieces, and about $ 15 for the pizza. I see it being the type of place where I call in a pizza for me and my wife, and then swing past Little Ceasers to pick up a $ 5 cheese for the kids on the way back home.

Like surf & turf, macaroni & cheese, Laverne & Shirley, peanut butter, & jelly, and Bonnie & Clyde — -we have a new pairing which is total perfection from the get go: Ethos & White Bluffs! Richland has a new hotspot: SR240 heading toward Vantage. Yeah, this virtual no man’s land now has: 1) Winery(Thomas O’Neil — -http://www.yelp.com/bi…) 2) Hoppin’ brewery(White Bluffs Brewery — http://www.yelp.com/bi…) and now… 3) Cool Yummy Pizza/Bakery joint: : Ethos Bakery! : I’d been waiting for Ethos Bakery for weeks. I saw advertisements for this new business while filling a growler at White Bluffs a ways back.(Yes, it’s nice to have a tasting room at a brewery, but without foood nearby, that can be dangerous.) Like a caped superhero in the sun, Ethos Bakery jumped in to save the day, as only a pizza can. This bakery had a soft opening a couple of weeks ago. The OFFICIALOPENING is 10⁄27. In the meantime, they have four pizzas are on the menu. With names like: Baby Blue, Razorback, Peter Rabbit, and Johan, I knew this place was already special. Each of these pizzas are unique works of art and far from run of the mill. Can you picture Pac Man? If so, you can basically visualize how much of the pizza I ate with my friend(luckily she only wanted ONE slice!). We had the Johan and this pie had some mad kick, thanks to the horseradish! So, we went to the bakery first. Laid out in white and minimalism, the dining area and kitchen has a nice wide open feel. The centerpiece would have to be the big wood-fire grill in the kitchen. The dining room isn’t huge… something like 3 – 4 nicely set tables, but they deliver to White Bluffs next door, and you can certainly do take out. But I already planned the trip out. We were going to make an order and then eat it at White Bluffs next door — and this was no problem at all. This establishment is also a bakery. On deck this evening, were some granola, scones, biscotti, and chocolate stout cupcakes(which were super tasty!). Also witnessed them concocting a jabenero cookie tonight, and yeah, the jabenero was totally potent! My attention is curious to try ALL their baked goodies. I do like their use of technology here — this was the first time I saw the use of an iPad as the cash register.(I’d like to snag their iPad and play björk’s Biophillia on it!) :) So yeah, this place might be working out the kinks before their official opening, but from my first visit, this place is throwin’ it down! Already one of my favorite joints for pizza in the Tri-Cities. It’s not a huge pizza joint, but that’s fine — artisan pizza treasures like this are perfect in cozy environs. We all need to eat a Pac Man(or more) of their pizza!
