It’s an older Walmart and well organized with a big parking lot. The cashiers are under paid, not valued not appreciated and it shows. Long lines and unhappy people answering questions in the aisles make this self-​serve place frustrating.

Your basic Supercenter: very large, big parking lot, tons of things for sale. But the service! The only person I dealt with the cashier, who couldn’t be bothered to greet me or make eye contact. I’m not sure she knew I was there, but she was able to talk with a couple different employees while checking me out.
That bothers me in any retail setting. I’m not looking for a best friend, but basic human courtesy is appreciated. I was passing through town and likely won’t be near this specific Wal-​mart for another year or so, but I’ll remember this encounter when I do.
