We hit an animal late at night just outside Richfield, UT. James picked us and our car up within 30 minutes, calmed us down, got us to town, and went above and beyond with making sure we knew our options. He made sure we were taken care of at the hotel and gave us peice of mind knowing that everything would be ok. We are so grateful for the help that James and this Company offered us.

Our car broke down on the highway just after we passed Richfield on our way to Colorado. We called Central Utah Towing and James came to our rescue. Since we were driving an Audi he recommended the closest Audi dealership in Orem– more than 100 miles away! We agreed and off we went– he new exactly where to go and even helped us get a hotel room and dropped me off with ALL our stuff. Over an hour in the cab of the tow truck stuck between James and my husband could have been a nightmare– but it wasn’t. The truck was clean and we had interesting conversation, after he called his wife to tell her he would not make their date night. James got the car to the dealership and brought my husband back to the hotel before heading back home.
He made what was an unpleasant experience not so bad. Thank you James!!!

My car overheated as I was in the middle of a cross country move. I was stranded mid-​day with my pets in the car and it was getting progressively hotter. I was getting more and more terrified for my pets. I was lucky enough to get James from Central Utah Towing. He understood that my priority was the well-​being of my pets. While we were on the way back, he found me the last pet-​friendly room available in Richfield, helped me unload ALL the stuff needed for them and myself, then took me to a mechanic who genuinely tried to help me, rather than take advantage of the fact that I was in serious trouble and stranded. He did everything my best friend would have done in the same situation to help me out. It was a horrible, traumatic day, but it would have been infinitely worse without his help. You could not dream up a better towing service in this in your wildest fantasies. I will be eternally grateful for not only his professionalism, but his kindness and understanding and shared concern for the well-​being of my pets.
