I used to go to this place often, but I will never go again. They try to rip you off. Regardless of what the menu says, they will try to charge you over $ 20 per hookah, and additional charges for extra people. I went with 3 other friends and ordered 2 hookahs and 4 waters, and the owner tried to charge us $ 55 because«it was a weekend» and it was more expensive.

This place is now having a door fee of $ 10 for guy’s & $ 5 for ladies. This is absolutely ridiculous for this zero degree hookah lounge spot. I’ve been coming here for a very long time when NOONE was, and it’s not worth it to pay door fees and pay $ 20 to bring your beer in or liquor! I understand you pay for ice bucket $ 3 and for the hookah. NOONEGOHERETHEREISBETTERHOOKAHLOUNGESINTHEAREATHATDONOTCHARGEDOORFEE’S &FORYOURBEERORLIQUOR! STAYAWAYFROMTHISSPOT Zero degree hookah lounge deserves zero stars!

Small variety of hookah flavors. The hookah is not that good. Peace pipes is better if you want quality hookah. However the latin nights play good music. Not worth the $ 26 hookahs on weekends and $ 10 entrance fee. Save your money.

Went there last night. And I had so much fun! They played different types of music… Which I love… And there’s actually people dancing. I’ll be going back sometime soon again!!!

We only went here because Cairo had a long wait. Horrible DJ, the Shisha was mediocre, and the entire ambiance was ghetto, hate saying that but it’s the only way I can describe it. The staff was great though, but other than that I’d probably never go back here again.

This is the best place ever. The hookah was super smoky like smoke everywhere :) lol. The service was terrible … The waitress brought the hookah in 2 mins as if it was already pre-made. She kept bothering us if we needed anything. We could choose our own music whatever we liked other places don’t do that at all. Will definitely return

A group of my friends and I went to zero for a college going away party, we all met up outside and decided to go in together immediately when we walked in we felt uncomfortable as a group of black people we automatically begin to get dirty looks they were playing the traditional hookah lounge music and then they began to play«black» music which we noticed immediately after a few of my friends ordered hookah a very rude male waitress walked over and demanded that anyone who wasn’t smoking pay 3 dollars which immediately caught me off guard being a person who visits Hookah lounges often I’ve never came by a hookah lounge that charges you and nonsmokers fee on the menu we read that if you brought your own bottle it was $ 3 when one of my friends who was of age bought their own bottles she was told that she had to take it out which was odd to me eventually we just got tired of the horrible service in left. I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here

Recommended to me by a friend so thought I would go check it out. Arrived and the server was nice and quickly gave us a menu. The hookah was pretty good. After ordering I look over and there is a cockroach on the sofa we are sitting on. Look over again, there is another. Also, the bathroom had no hand soap in either the men’s or women’s stalls. The hookah was tasty but the establishment was not clean.

When zero hookah lounge started off I really loved it. There was a waitress there who was so bubbly and sweet that it was really fun going. The only problem was… she was the only good waitress… pretty much every single time I went to this lounge the service was awful… it got to the point where I had to ask my fav waitress(even though I was not one of her tables) to help me out with things like refilling coals. I completely stop going to this establishment when I had an experience with the owner trying to scam our group for as much as he could. That night we were hanging at zero some friends called us up later to stop by and say hi. They stayed for like. 5 min and did not smoke and the owner had to charge us. I thought that was pretty unfair since these 2 people were there just to say hi. I tried to explain that situation to the owner and do you know what he said to me? Hey this is how we make money here… SERIOUSLYMAN? yah so. that’s how they use to be over there… if they switched owners maybe it’s different now but idk…

Yikes, this place has terrible service and I once saw an employee scratching himself when he thought no one was looking. Like inside his pants! Mainly, I cannot believe some of the things they charge for and some of the things they don’t. Women can apparently get away with not having to pay for BYOB, but men do. WTF! I will take my business somewhere else.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS! One of the worst experiences ever thanks to Zero Degree. Staff members are rude and unprofessional. Place lies and overcharges guests. Will NEVER go back. Don’t waste your time and money at this place. 1⁄10 — will not return

Zero degree hookah deserves zero stars. Employees are grossly misinformed on their own pricing, write their own reviews to inflate the value, threaten those who write bad reviews and are very unprofessional, by and by this place is very forgettable. Flavors are subpar mix of what I can only assume they purchase online and don’t mix themselves, can’t get a burn pattern down to save their lives, and inflate prices with no real policy for any type of itemized list. Save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere.

EDIT: WARNING: After posting this review, an employee of Zero Degree Hookah Lounge messaged me with the following message: «look foo you better stop talking shit about my place alright. Zero hookah lounge you dont like it bet come by and lets see whos the shit. you dont have permission to talk about everything all you do is talk bad about the places how about you shut tha fuck off and get your words and put them on ur ass all. say sum else youll see who a im.» This is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. Here is a picture: — — — — — — — — – Absolutely horrid service. Went with some friends on a Friday night, 8 of us in total, 2 didn’t want to smoke and one brought some alcohol for himself. We sat down and were told by the server that it would be $ 15 per hookah, $ 3 per non-smoker, and $ 3 per BYOB. So we got 2 hookahs, 2 sodas($ 2 each), and some quesadillas($ 9). We expected the bill to be $ 52(30 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 9). We were then handed a bill(not even a legitimate one, it was just numbers and a total) for over $ 80 which included $ 20 for each hookah(which the owner said was the«standard price for hookah on weekends» even though we were told a different price) as well as $ 3 for EVERY person over 21 for BYOB(even though only 1 person was drinking) and $ 3 for every extra person over 4(even though we bought two hookahs). We requested to speak to the owner who told us that she would compromise and only charge $ 10 per person(which is $ 80 anyway). We eventually gave up trying to argue with her and just paid the $ 80. This place is ridiculously unprofessional and expensive and I would highly suggest that everyone avoid it. There are many other better and cheaper hookah lounges nearby.

This is a chill spot for hookah! I’ve been to a lot of other hookah lounges but I find myself always coming back to Zero. Their prices are fair and the atmosphere is great. The place is set up really cool and chill, they have really comfy couches and beds(their couches are better than their beds). Sometimes the music they play is really good and other times I just want to shake the DJ and ask WHY… They give you the option of ice tip for $ 5 which, in my opinion, make the hookah much more smooth and makes it taste better. They also have bubbles, upon request! They are BYOB, also they have really good food! Which is always a plus. And last but not least, Tuesdays are ladies night! Buy one, get one free!(:

bad bad bad bad bad. I came and tried this place out around two or three weeks ago. and it was HORRIBLE. The service was terrible. We had to stare at the girl for her to come to us and greet us. She took way too long to take our order. She was talking with a group, smoking with them, so I’m assuming they were her friends. And not kidding, it took her 25 minutes to get us our hookah. 25 minutes. the timing from when she took our order to the back and then actually bringing it to us. It wasnt even busy that night! there were only two other groups there who had already gotten their orders! She then pranced around in her booty shorts, taking drags from her friends’ order, yappin’ away like a little chihuahua. And when she came back after 30 minutes later while we were smoking, she says«I’m so sorry I forgot about you guys». Okay, I totally know you forgot about us, but the fact she would say that to us made me really think she wasn’t too smart. Also, a sorry doesn’t cut it when the service was sh1tty from the start. The music is horrendous. The«dj» has no clue on how to make the transitions smooth and I dont know why he obnoxiously thinks its’ cool to raise and lower the volume of the music up and down continuously. I did that when I was in elementary school– when I thought that was what dj-ing was. Whenever we needed something, it took WAY too much effort to flag them down. They just speed walk past you, even when youre waving your arms and saying excuse me. I went to smoke to relax, not to be annoyed. I honestly like the atmosphere and service better at Cairo. Sh1t, even though Cloud 9’s service isn’t the best, it’s helluva lot better than here!
