Great bar & music for the mid-age crowd. Clientele is mostly dressed up to dance! They have a dress code to enter, GOOD! Service is fast & friendly, live music is normally above average. Tables are clean, tho we’ve never ordered food. Only regret is that it’s so far from our home in north Wylie. Smoking is allowed BUT, it seems more aeriated there than the Ranch House, where after visiting we have to soak our clothes in PURE fabric softener to diminish the smell. Definitely a dancing bar to return to!

The offers on tap is minimal. That is a sure negative on the bar. But nice people. Nice bartenders. I don’t like country myself. But if you do… nice place to come to. Lisa is awesome!

The two girls complaining about the bartenders failed to mention that they came to the bar 2 nights in a row and ordered all kinds of drinks and then left NO tip whatsoever, even though they said they had no problems with service and obviously liked the bar enough to go there 2 nights in a row and run up huge tabs. Nobody that works there sent me or anyone over, I am a regular customer who called them out simply because I observed them 0 tip and I think it’s disgusting and shameful that in 2016 some people still don’t understand that the service industry runs on tips. The whole staff at WW Fairfields bust their butts and they make amazing drinks, and they graciously accept any tips they do get! Do not let some cheapskates who have nothing better to do then complain after they behave poorly deter you from this awesome bar! It’s stunning the nerve some people have to go on Unilocal and write reviews that are completely false.

If you love being harassed this is your place to be. The bartenders«friends» love to come and complain if they don’t feel you tip enough. Can’t find the owner OR manager to talk to. Had to talk with the lady at front, she goes to talk to her and then the«friend» has to come back to run their mouth again. Guaranteed I will not come back here again.

«Hands down the perfect neighborhood Country & Western Bar». This place gets 5 stars from me on a variety of fronts. The number 1 consideration of any bar for me is the crowd who frequents the place, and this club is overrun with down-home genuine Texas people. This is the kind of place with a slew of regulars young & old, and a good ol’ character or two. I find many country bars way too big & if you don’t have a crowd with you going in its always a bit awkward. Absolutely never seems to be the case here. People you don’t know will strike up a pleasant conversation with you at the drop of a hat and its equal opportunity; be you guy or gal some nice person of the opposite is gonna come up & ask you to dance at some point. The staff are gracious & warm, and management has a good ear for bands. They had me sold when they started throwing down some Allman Brothers in the mix. Drinks are moderately priced. plenty of places to sit, not too big, not too small, just perfect. If you’re in search of a new place to hit and appreciate feeling genuinely welcome, try this club out.

This place is gone downhill every time I’ve been there. None of the stuff works and that damn bar. I order a beer the waitress walk by me twice and says sorry I forgot. So I got up and walked the F out of that place and will not be back…

Visited this place for the first time. Bands are great, but place is unkept, dirty and needs major updates. They only have the cheapest wines, no iced tea and charge for water. I do not recommend wasting your time or money here.

WW Fairfield’s is THE place to go when you want to have a good time in Lil ol’ Richardson. TX I love the bands, and the waitstaff is second to none. The girls are sweet, friendly and knowledgeable when you don’t know what you want to order. Our bartender Lisa is always so fast at getting our drinks to us. When my friends say we are going to FF for a girls night out, watch out! Too much fun, and really cute cowboys to boot. I am an official two stepper thanks to this place. Nobody back home in California would believe it. By the way, If you missed a meal before going out for the night, and it suddenly hits you hard; try their chicken soft tacos, or the breakfast. I have had both and they were really good. This is a country style Cheers, where everyone there makes you feel welcome.

Went Saturday night for a friends birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. The band was really good and they have a really nice dance floor. The wait staff was friendly and helpful. Also, the place was not as smoky as i thought it would be either. Bring a group of friends and make your own fun and you will be glad you did.

Taking Tuesday Night dance lessons and really enjoying it b/c you do learn a lot and it is only $ 5 a person. The atmosphere is great the staff is friendly and always ready to help. They have put in a new dance floor and some great music to dance to. Need to give the bar a try again b/c they are trying to improve the place and it is working.

Wow how things change… the music has gone down since I was here last… as for the QUALITY of the bamds that play… boring and amateur would be the words that come to mind here. Probably won’t be returning.

Back in the day of early/mid 90’s this place was wild. It was awesome. Packed Thursday-Sat with 20 something’s-70’s. Cops were common but all was good. Local country radio stations did shows from there. New yrs eve was the best !!.(Yes the old lady was there however was a waitress. It was a meat market and very easy to get … dam it was so much fun. Best time of my life !! Owners sold it, new owners were different then peeps kinda dropped off also as the country scene slowed down, most peeps went off and grew up and got married as I did. 2010, went back after divorce and its a dive. I am 43 at that time and I think I was the youngest one there. Old lady was running the door. Also I was victim of sober but not allowed in because I dropped my wallet. Went back a few other times between then and say now. Nothing changed. Still a dive. The cute bartender who was a waitress in the 90’s is still there. Same Big guy sitting at the bar, Your clothes will smell when you leave. However, could be a fun place if your with a group

We’ve recently gone on a search to find other places to branch out to but keep coming back here. Why? Many reasons… great place to dance, the nicest people you’ll ever meet work here(especially Lisa the bartender and Kelly the owner), great music every weekend, etc. We tried Red River but the kids(20ish) were overwhelming. They offer dance lessons on Tuesday and it’s worth the while to go if you’d like to polish up your steps or learn some new ones. We just love it.

A group of us went after the Greenville St. Patty’s Day parade festivities. Upon entering the establishment I was asked for my ID and when I kind of tossed it to the old biddy at the counter she stated I was not allowed to enter because I had too much to drink.(so not true) I wasn’t stumbling or slurring speech or anything! In fact, I didn’t speak a word to her until she told me I couldn’t come in. She was down right ugly to me and decided to put down her authority with her stupid green shamrock headband. You guys are in a strip mall. get.over.yourself.

My girlfriend and I went here to take the Tuesday night dance lessons. Good news is that the dance lessons are pretty good and you get plenty of time to practice in between the three lessons. FYI, they do a beginner session, intermediate, pro every Tuesday night. You can learn something no matter your skill level. Why is it two stars? Smoking is allowed inside. I didn’t really notice it being too smoky, but just the thought of the smoke in the air is disgusting in my mind. They charge for water. Two dollars for EACH glass. I was a little miffed. I understand that if you don’t order anything, then it’s reasonable to be charged $ 2 for A glass. However, I ordered about $ 15 worth of food and they still charged me $ 2 for each refill. This turned the night into about a $ 30 night, $ 10 for admission(for two of us) and $ 20 for microwaved jalapeño poppers, chicken strips, fried mushrooms and water. Not the best deal in town for sure. Might go back, but it’ll be a while.

Thoroughly disappointing! Have been several times, only to find out that on dance lesson night with a $ 5.oo cover and $ 1 drafts, I was told they were«out» of draft beer. No other special was put in place. Also, I was charged $ 2 per glass for tap water. Are you kidding me??? When I discussed this with the manager(because I had been there on weekends and never been charged for water before) he explained to me that most of the people who come for dance lessons don’t drink(despite the $ 5 cover) and he had to make that loss up. He stated«they come in here and dance and suck up my air conditioning but don’t buy drinks.» Interesting to me that he feels that way about a club that was so full the dance floor was overcrowded for lessons. Most of the men in the club had drinks on the table. I was VERY disappointed. I won’t be back. Be warned — take your wallet with you when you go because their advertised specials are not guaranteed — especially when people are sucking up the A/C and not drinking! Poor excuse…

This place is an jewel in the rough if you like country bars. The wifey and I decided to head here after many attempt to find a good place to just have a few drinks and listen to some good ol country music. The place had a live band of Saturday night which was awesome bands they played it all. In between they had a DJ playing some booty music and then back to the country which i thought was pretty sweet. The drink prices are average we had some Johnny walker $ 7 per shot. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is that smoking is allowed inside the bar. You come out smelling like an ash tray but its well worth it. overall good place to listen to some good tune.

One of the best dive bars around, hands down. The crowd is an interesting mix for sure and the music is great. They had a live band(its a country bar, by the way) and a DJ for during breaks and the waitresses are better than average. Super cheap drinks, dance floor, darts and pool. The ONLY bad thing about the bar is that its smoking inside(though 3 stars is pretty damn generous for a dive bar!!) but I had an absolute blast.

I felt as though I was walking into the Double Deuce and any moment Dalton would ask me to take it outside. W.W. Fairfield’s is the epitome of a classic County & Western bar with neon light oil rigs, a massive dance floor filled with over-starched pearl snap button shirts, a live band led by a poor man’s Billy Ray Cyrus and a smoky pool room. There is a cover for the band though, $ 7 and drinks aren’t cheap despite the seediness — beers were $ 3.50. However, the people watching is second to none. We were probably the only group there that didn’t remember the Carter administration. The doorman/bouncer was a 300 year old woman who had trouble calculating $ 7×3 but what a character. If this is your scene then welcome home, conveniently located in the Albertson’s shopping center.
