Whoever reviewed Dr. Tran above obviously has other problems that would cause him/​her to react so negatively. Perhaps this was the first time and he/​she had one bad experience. Things happen in life, delays take place, sometimes you have to understand that.
On to the matter at hand…
Dr. Lamyen Tran is a wonderful doctor. Her personable nature and attention to detail is wonderful. Even when you are «wrapping everything up» and about to leave, you can ask another question and she is never put off, takes the time to stay a while longer. She cares about her patients and I plan to have her as my doctor for a long time to come.
So, that being said, perhaps you were waiting longer, sir or madam, because of low staffing, high patient volume, or because one of the few doctors on staff was actually taking the time to be a wonderful doctor – Dr. Lamyen Tran.

The most frustrating place on earth. Always late. Plan on an hour or more for a blood draw. Last visit the dr. showed up to work an hour after my appt time — didn’t even apologize. Found a new dr. in the same office who is very good.
