I was excited to redeem my free smoothie and stop by this location on my way home to Arlington, Tx. After ordering the peanut power plus the cashier scan my phone to redeem my 14000 points for the free smoothie plus enhancer. I was disappointed when he insisted I had to pay for the enhancer. I calmly told him there’s a mistake. Linda(bOss lady) came over and said sorry there’s nothing she could do, so Regrettably I said just wanted them to void the order and give me my points back. She voided the order handed me a receipt and said have a good day. After checking my app I noticed the points were not added back. After patiently waiting outside for 30 min. because of the long line. I went back inside to ask if they could help me get my points back. Linda had a terrible attitude, wanted to argued with me and said there’s nothing she could do and told me I had to wait until tomorrow. After begging her to help me and convincing her I’m not here to fight, I just wanted to be treated fairly. She then called the corporate office to ask for help. They were able to coach her through the situation so I could finally receive my points and receive my free smoothie. I love smoothie king but this was the most unnecessary waste of time(it took an hour!), and unprofessional situation I’ve every been part of. My check # was 98 on 10÷1÷14 @ 1:33p.m. Store #271
