Monday night is half off for pizza for dine in! Also on Sunday, a large pizza with one topping only costs $ 10 to take out (not available for dine in).
The service here is nice! The pizzas are appealing for your eyes and taste buds.

This place is AMAZING! I enjoy my meal EVERYTIME I come here. The pizza is wonderful, and the greek salad that comes with it is just as good. I always get the large slice of pizza with the salad of choice. Never had any customer sevice or food issues here. I would recommend this place to anyone searching for great pizza.

We were seated immediately. Waited on shortly after. We placed an order for drinks and appetizers, the meatballs and chicken wings. The waiter came back and took our pizza order. We waited and no appetizer. Finally he brought us our meatballs. Then shortly the pizzas showed up. Waiter said the pizza came out too soon, and the chicken wings would be out in another 5 mins. He clearly forgot to place the order for them. We were almost done with the Luke warm pizza when the chicken wings arrived. The were the only thing hot in the entire meal. The comment by the waiter was «better late then never «. Probably won’t go back since there are plenty of other choices in the area

We came here for a work lunch and shared two pizzas. The meatball is delicious, I would definitely get that again. The other pizza was a chicken specialty pizza that others really enjoyed. The service was also great, we will return!

Al is a Wonderful Mgr.; Jennifer was our Waitress of about 14 Folks for a Retirement Party we had this past Week; Jennifer was a very Patient Easy-​going & Very Efficient! Hope she’s there the next time!
The Pizzas were Awesome; mostly everyone ordered Pizza was very pleased.

I have been going to Russos for about 5 years. I love their food. Their Garlic Knotts are great. Their pizzas are very good. Their salads and calzones are also very good.
What really struggled was their service. I still went even when their service was at times terrible. I would often sit outside and no one would come out or I would have to go in myself and get drink refills or for some service item.
In the last few months they got new management and there is a definite improvement. I was in last week and the service was first rate with the manager greeting people, being encouraging to the staff, engaging clients etc. There was not a miss with any part of the service experience.
I will be visiting Russos more often now that their food matches their service. I am so glad they go it right.

From the moment we walked inside we felt welcomed. The atmosphere is incredible. Very nice. Every course of food was delicious. The best we’ve ever tasted! Michael was very attentive and a gracious host and server. An incredible experience!

We have been to this restaurant many times and every time the food has been great. Service has been spotty in the past but more recently it has improved. Our favorite items are the chicken portobello sandwich and the penne Mediterranean. The pizza is very good as well.

The pasta dishes were alright but the pizzas here are what’s this place is all about. New York coal-​fired pizza is always great! I particularly like their invention of a pizza with kale as one of their ingredients, which is a first for me and it reminds me of spinach or rapini. It is delicious and I highly recommend it.
And pizzas are half off on Mondays. Happy hours are also great too, with discounted glasses of wines, and they let you choose between the types (Malbec, Cabernet, Merlot, etc), which I have never seen other places do. M
The atmosphere is cozy and classy but casual enough for families. And there was soft jazz music playing in the background while I was here.
Will definitely come back.

We picked up a couple to-​go orders here and were impressed. Everything was delicious — chicken parm, calzone (crust was amazing) and Italian crème cake. The server even made my 19 month old daughter a snack plate while we waited.

Little disappointed the pizza was not made fresh. Once you ordered instead they just throw some toppings on a pizza made in the morning and call it a day. «Felt like eating leftover pizza» witch is not bad when you are home, but a little wired going to a restaurant for it.
So ordered a calzone. Not bad, a little small.

Met my wife here for dinner, waited 20 min for someone to ask me about a drink order, server needs to find a new career food service is not for him. Our orders of food arrived at different times so far apart my wife finished eating before my food arrived. I had to put ranch in their pizza to even stomach it totally disappointed.

This is not my first visit here. I really did enjoy the food and service every time before. Yet today I was very disappointed. First the service is lacking waited an extremely long time for water after they set the bread down in front of dying of thirst and nearly chocking on it. Then they swapped out our servers in the middle unsure why. Ordered the chicken piccata the chicken tasted like rubber extremely over cooked and the pasta and sauce was like something you would eat in a mall food court for 13.95 had higher expectations. The pizza was ok slightly greasy the calamari was like rubber. And swear I had to ask for one thing after another after another like boxes silverware plates. And the icing on the cake for me was the wine pour really??? I’m over this place never again.

Pizza here is AWESOME! I get the spinach and artichoke, and add anchovies. So freaking delicious! And it’s HUGE! ! And we’ve always had super nice servers too. :)

Got a groupon to this place, we when to try it out on a Saturday night. They just had one server attending to all the tables. He did not spend any time to provide details on the menu or see to it if we were doing ok. The wait was too long and they did not offer us any bread while we waited for our food. The pizza was really delicious but the tiramisu was horrible. The piece looked like something just dumped into the container. It was so sweet and did not have the coffee flavor you look for in tiramisu.

My first experience of Russo’s was in Katy, TX.
The pizza served in Katy was delicious, generous toppings, and short wait time for the extra extra large twenty eight inch pizza.
Upon entering this location, I was expecting a similar visit; I was wrong. The staff at this location wasn’t very friendly, the toppings were very minimal, and it took almost 45 minutes for our pizza to finish. Our waitress was lacking on speed and service, as we would have to continually ask for refills on drinks, adding another order, and dessert.
I do not recommend this location as the pizza here did not taste as great as Katy’s.

Tonight, my husband and I decided to shake things up and order delivery. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs (an Italian standard) and my husband ordered a 12″ buffalo chicken pizza.
A few notes: the 12 inch pizza has about 2 inches of crust. The pizza is more of a flatbread than a pizza, and when I asked, my husband said «next time: dominos.» The spaghetti was seasoned well, but the meatballs were disappointing. They were watery and reminded me of frozen meatballs. Not what I expected and definitely not enjoyed. Maybe it’s a different experience in house, but food usually speaks for itself. We probably won’t be ordering from them again. Ever.

No stars horrible ! Delivered me an ice cold pizza! I called was told manager would call me back so far no calls its been 25 minutes. I can’t believe I have a $ 5 tip!!!
Next day they send another pizza driver went to wrong address by time he showed up cold pizza Iam done never again.
