I give them two stars because they really tried to make it right… That being said — I’ve been having polaris issues for some time. So hoping a POOL company would know how to fix, I was assured they could get the settings right. Fast forward to me paying Leslie’s $ 180 to fix the Polaris that keeps wrecking bc the controls weren’t operating properly. Tech comes out 2x — nothing changes — in fact, all the Polaris does is float essentially – So they send out the super pro — to his defense, it was pouring rain when he came out. He insisted it was running correctly and I’m sure thought I was a dumb ass. Come to find out — it wasn’t even hooked up properly — so my 11 yr old son fixed it. If as a pool company, you can’t figure out how to properly make sure equipment is screwed in right — nor do you know how to adjust settings on a Polaris — I don’t want to use you. Thank you YOUTUBE and my 11 year old — we now have the Polaris working properly.

My pool needed a bit of sprucing up. Clean, mastic, leak detection. The phone schedulers were great. Returned calls, knew the operations/scheduling of the company. All techs were very pleasant and did their best. I had a warranty issue with the leak detection. They did not ask any questions in attempt to get out of the service call. They asked questions of how they could help me and then did. I will use them again if needed. Integrity is a good name for the company.

Now that was an interesting experience. I had a visit yesterday from a nice gentleman with a neat Australian Accent. He represented Integrity pools and we talked in great depth about what happened. He explained that the ‘Problem’ was rooted in the business model — which they are currently changing. That the repair man who ‘erroneously’ charged me for what should have been Warrantee work: a) Made a bad call. Things like that can happen if work with independent contractors who are responsible for their own actions. b) No longer works for them. That really bumms me out though. It was not my intention to get anybody fired, I just thought this fella made one very, suspiciously, bad call. Anyways, all suspicions aside and cleared up, up to two stars. The gentleman agreed that the work should have been done on warranty and handed me over a check for that amount. I’m still amazed! up to 3 Stars. I also asked for documentation about the ILink Unit they installed for me. I’m a hands-on software and hardware freek and I may need to change the WiFi Connection parameters. They responded within 24 hours with all the information I needed to do anything I want, up to four stars. Nowadays, if you call somewhere needing something you typically need several minutes to get past the automated computerised call handling system. In these days, when contacting a real person if you have a problem is a nerve wrecking challenge, it’s a refreshing change of pace to see someone take the time to really try to set things straight with a customer. It really looks like they are trying to live up to the name«Integrity».
