Upon a late night craving, I stumbled into this little pizza joint. I ordered the philly cheese steak and xtra hot wings. Everything was hot and fresh — a requirement to get my praise. I liked the pizza, however it barely had any meat on it. I mean I’m paying $ 13.00 for a medium for halal meat, I’d like to see the halal meat ! The wings on the other hand were quite Tasty. They weren’t xtra hot as advertised, but the flavor was phenomenal. The blue cheese was good too. The sauce and blue cheese Really really Reminded me of my old days when I used to eat at wing stop — makes me wonder if … Anyways, I would love to give 4 stars for fresh food and friendly service but I have to cut them one star short due to meat skimping. I’d love to come again, hoping to get the meat that I pay for.

Fantastic pizza pies! The meat lovers specialty pizza is a must try, for me the best pizza in town, better than the fancy $$$ places. This is a small mom and pop pizza place with high quality ingredients and fast service.

Spent 10 minutes finding a parking spot, walked into restaurant at 9:45 pm thru a door with a neon OPEN sign lit up. My husband, daughter and I were met at the door by a man who stated«we just turned everything off, I’m sorry we close at 10pm «. I apologized and stated that the hours listed on website were until 11 pm… I was told«It used to be 11 pm «. As we walked out I pointed out that if they were going to start turning away customers because they don’t want to work, they may want to remove the Hours of Operation sign from the door. CLEARLY stated 11 pm closing time !

This was the 2nd pizzeria I visited while in Texas. Ya, I’m not feeling the selection that’s out here. I may just have to open up a proper pizzeria.

It’s one of the best pizza places around. Some times they change cook and the food doesn’t taste the same

Okay food, fair prices, but S-L-O-O-O-O-O-W service. They often run out of food, but do not tell you when you order it. It’s hit-or-miss if the food will be hot or lukewarm. If it weren’t close to work, I would not go here.

Thought about picking a local restaurant to eat at to avoid a chain, try something new, and explore close to home and spotted this in a little restaurant haven on Greenville ave. I got a calzone and my husband got the wings. In my opinion it was pricey but for the amount of food understandable, we just need to order more wisely next time and with our heads not our hungry tummies. My calzone was a huge half pizza(size wise) it was full of fresh and delicious ingredients. The wings were ok but flavored with a Mediterranean spice so my husband was a little disappointed craving regular wings and all. We will try other things on their menu next time which will give us a reason to go back.

I ordered the personal pizza with pepperoni and sausage. At first did not realize it was all beef no pork. The guy there took time to explain. It was good but I suspect it was not made from scratch. It seemed like a pre-made pizza. I tried it but probably would not go back.

This place is great! Gave me a great deal on a large pizza on Super Bowl Sunday, and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Definitely worth checking out.

There was no one at front and no way to alert them a customer arrived so I knocked repeatedly on kitchen door. I arrived 20 minutes after they told me 15 min wait. Pizza not ready bc of oven issues. 10 minutes later, I get a pizza. It was just okay. Large nightmare pizza. Some fresh ingredients with what looked like canned mushrooms. I was seriously underwhelmed by food, service and location. It reminded me of digiornio or freshetta but pricier. If you have diet restrictions, then go. If you just want a good pizza, keep looking.

The Spicy Chicken pizza is really good. It does get really hot in there and there are no high chairs.

So, we gave this place a shot twice to see if the restaurant had an item that we would enjoy-it’s just down the street from us. First off, there is no delivery though Unilocal says they do. Second, they are armed with a tiny kitchen and were late with the orders we called in both times(first wait time given was 40 minutes-took 70 minutes; second wait time given was 20 minutes-took 30 minutes. Food. First time we got the large pizza with Italian sausage on half and cheese on the other. I don’t know where the place gets it’s ingredients but the only restaurant quality item was the cheese which was okay(all other qualities of the pizza-including crust– screamed frozen pizza). On our second visit, we got some hot wings since so many enjoyed them on Unilocal. The wing sauce IS very tasty. The chicken was so over cooked that it was crumbly dry meat-it was very unpleasant. They gave me two tiny ramekins of ranch dressing for 20 wings(this after I asked for extra)-the ramekins would be appropriate for about 3 wings apiece. They have other menu items, that we will never bother trying.

Was extremely disappointed with my experience at Fratello Pizza. We ordered a large meat lovers, barbecue chicken and 20 wings(half hot half BBQ) This is a pretty standard meal at these grease spots so understandably the bar is set pretty high. The wings were very lightly glazed and only contained an amount of meat that leaves you nibbling, not biting. To their advantage, they had a very interested masala type hot wings that had a great taste. The pizzas were very tasteless and the dough was raw. Considering we call the order in 20 minutes in advanced and had to wait 20 minutes for pizza upon arrival there’s really no excuse for a raw pizza. The toppings on the meat lovers were bland, I’ve had so much better in ghettos of Northside Richmond, VA(DaVinci’s, tell em I sent you). The barbecue pizza was accompanied with a bed of onions that were an appropriate duo of sweet and crunchy. Nice. Then the pie was met again with a raw dough. Huge strikes: When I verbally express that we will need not just more ranch, but a lot of ranch and I express it twice and you only come back with one small cup of ranch. Frugality for small stuff like that grinds my gears. But worse … No tap water. After spending an unnecessary $ 60+, there is no public restroom we can use. «We have one, but just for us». In most states the latter two aren’t even legal. I always give restaurants especially family owned restaurants the benefit of the doubt. This was just that bad. Why don’t businesses care for their customers?

We always get the meat lovers, nightmare pizza and to top it off some wings. This place never disappoints and the owner is a good guy. They recently opened a Plano location which is closer for us. I love this place whenever I’m craving some good pizza and wings.

This isn’t gourmet pizza. The pizza didn’t have anything spectacular about it, but it’s definitely a step above pizza hut or dominoes. Ingredients seem slightly more fresh but the dough is frozen, not handmade. Pizza was thin but could use a little more crisp to it. I don’t know if it’s because I came in an hour before closing, but the service was a bit lacking while I was there. The workers kept talking over us to each other in loud voices. They seemed rushed to get our order and get us out. A good thing though, is there x large was huuuge. It’s a good place for decent pizza, but it wouldn’t be my top choice.

shady business practices, they wont accept coupons that are on their website. Not the first time this has happened. I will not be going back. I’ve posted a picture of the gyro pizza… more like frozen, reheated meat. Very disappointing. last time, I ate-in at the restaurant and the owner had family members in the back eating food that was from another restaurant. The place is so small, 4 tables only, and on top of that their own family members aren’t eating the food they serve to their customers. … strange.

Meat lovers was amazing. We got jalapenos on top as well. It was a little greasy but what can you expect with all that ham and pepperoni? I would prefer a thicker crust too.

One of the best halal pizza joints in the df-dub Always satisfied when I leave here and love the family owned friendliness. I just wish they’d drop their prices a smigg bit because it can get a little overpriced.
