I had my first experience with this coffee at the Original Pancake House in Addison. I would come there just for the coffee. One day I decided to buy some to make at home. After further research I found their location and more info online. This is by far the best coffee I’ve ever had. I would tell any coffee drinker in DFW to put down that crappy cup of Starbucks and go to check out their roastary in Richardson. The owner made us the most delicious cappuccino and latte and then showed us the very impressive coffee roaster. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about coffee and it shows.

This is THE place for ultra premium coffee in North Texas. I say North Texas but really anywhere. I have been fortunate enough to drink brewed coffee and espresso based drinks at some of the best coffee houses in the Pacific Northwest and Eiland sells superior beans. Clay, the owner, and Corey his right hand man go the extra mile to make sure your brewing methods are perfectly dialed in so that you can fully enjoy their artistry at home. The shop is primarily wholesale focused but they will certainly sell you just one pound to try at home. Ask to see their highly sought after vintage roaster from Germany. It’s so cool! Also, if you are a good customer you might just get treated to one of the best lattes you will ever have. The place is tricky to find on an obscure street in Richardson but you have struck gold once you do find it!

The owners are always attentive and care about your experience, and do it with a smile. After visiting I no longer seek coffee beans from any other retailer. They provide various and international beans that are miraculous in taste, the dedication that is applied to every bag is admirable. I would always recommend these roasters.
