Where to begin? I hope you didn’t prepay like I did. I don’t know when the pics were taken for the advertising, but not recently. The lobby was shabby and so worn. There were 2 floors and no elevator. Something was stuck on the floor in my room (food?). Housekeeping «cleaned» and it was still there. The room door was flimsy but the bathroom door was heavy and auto closed. There was no fan so it steamed up really fast. Bathroom lighting was so bad that it was dangerous. I could barely see in the slippery shower. There were cracks in the tile and shower harboring germs, such a no no. The power outlets were so loose my phone didn’t always charge. Wi-​Fi was rarely available. Water stains (so hoping not mold but probably was) were very distinct. Oh and I received a visitor… a lovely roach.
I took a stale packaged danish for breakfast one morning… Eeewww. It was an off off brand I guess. Didn’t do that again.
Most of the staff and other guests seemed OK. Nothing shady going on in the parking lot. Not much parking room though.
My advice: if you can, pay a few extra $$ and stay somewhere else.

My family and I traveled from PA to Texas for a family reunion the middle of Nov. this year. My father, a resident of Richardson booked 4 rooms at this hotel back in Sept. EVERY family member had an issue, The night clerk was rude, uninformed, and barely spoke English. The manager, Brian, was somewhat helpful, but then also dropped the ball. One room had a clogged toilet, and we were handed a plunger. After all the problems, my father was then over charged for several nights, that is still pending. He should have received a free night or two due to all the problems. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL
