This was a complete disappointment. I called to obtain a quote for a substantial amount of work and was told a technician would meet me. The morning of the appointment I received two calls asking if my appointment was for the actual job or a quote because they insisted I should just get it done the same day. They ended up putting the technician on the line who is apparently also the owner. This man was extremely rude and pushy. The conversation ended with him cursing at me and completely losing his temper. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

Out heat went out and we accidentally called DND and the service man Chris came and gave us the run around and it was going to cost us anywhere from $ 2700.00 to repair $ 7989.00 to replace. We then called D&D who we intended to call and there was a MINOR issue service call and done. I agree with the other review that they rip you off. Thank God we called our regular guy and got the real answer. Don’t use DND!!! I can’t stress enough!!!

Awful… I am not good with keeping a list of trusted repair man handy and I mistakenly used them twice. They are thieves. Please don’t use them. First time I called them for hvac inspection the guy did not go to the terrace to check my main unit becoz he didn’t had ladder. Then he didn’t clean up the drain which later caused problems after 3 mths. The 2nd time I called them for my unit nit cooling enough. Charged me 700 for a 60 $ part available on eBay ok I get it was weekend and they need to charge premium but really 700. My husband fought with them and we asked them to remove the part and we decided to use someone else. So this guy went up to our main Ac unit from terrace and took the fuse off. I wanted to call cops. Awful losers
