This review and rating is for the way the owner handled my business and not for the actual services of this school. I got their phone number from a friend who had a good expeience with one of their drivers. When I first called the owner asked the student’s info and said he’ll call back to set an appointment. Three days later he called and asked if the student can take a lesson the same day which she couldn’t so I asked him when is the next available time and he said he will call me back! I was frustrated and confused that why they cannot look at their schedule to see the next available slot? One week later and I called and asked to set an appointment and the same guy flat out said«We are too busy, why don’t you call another driving school» !!! Really?! I get that your business is booming and the phone in your world class school which has no reviews on Unilocal is ringing off the hook, but is that how you handle a potential customer? And all that after 2 weeks of waiting and promising? I hope all of you have a better luck with them than I did!
