Excellent food. The enchiladas de guiso are spicy and tasty. The carnitas cascabel are another great choice! Never had bad service.

We had a small, but beautiful wedding in the intimate back room. It was the perfect size for us to have the ceremony, eat a delightful meal and enjoy champagne and a Tres Leche cake decorated with a simple cake topper I brought in. With the doors closed it was perfectly quiet and we were not disturbed until the ceremony had concluded and suddenly there were waiters to take care of our every need. Everyone enjoyed the entire event! I couldn’t have asked for more and it only took one phone call. Thank you Eddie!!!

I really like this place. I always order the #10 brisket tacos. They are so good! I also enjoy their salsa. I have never been for dinner but lunch is always super quick

I like this place but yesterday afternoon the majority of the food was COLD. Rice, beans and the beef taco all were cold. The cheese taco and tamale steaming hot. No offers to refire the plate just comped it. Gee thanks.

I’ve been here three times and so far soooo good! I go here because they have great vegetarian options. Food: Vegetarian Chimichanga Fav! I find the food fresh and clean. I love their salsa! The portion size are fair for the price. The service need a little improvement. All three visits and with three different servers were the same experience. They were nice enough — which is fine. All three could have been more attentive. There was one point to where I wanted to get up and find our server, because he was no where to be found. FYI: Some of us tip extra because of great service. Try the margarita with habanero infused! Yummy!

Best family style Mexican restaurant in Plano and Richardson neighborhood. Their Fajithas and salsa are the most delicious things

I arrived late last night, and I’m leaving tomorrow evening, so this is my first time in the area, and my only night to go out and try dinner. I came in and asked the server’s recommendation on something that would make an impression, make me want to post about it online, and make me want to come back. I was not disappointed, and I recommend that you do the same. :-)

Mood: Dim lighting, calm mood, fancy style. Servers were very courteous and could speak English and Spanish. Appetizer: Complimentary chips and salsa(We ordered a side of guacamole which was very fresh! Dishes: Loved my Puerco Mexicano. Husband got Chile relleno con camarones and our friend got Chile relleno con pollo. Portions here are huge. I could only finish half my meal. Delicious!!! We will definitely be coming again.

Briskets soft shell taco’s, need I say more. Holy smokes, they were so darn good. I traveled to Dallas, met for a lunch meeting based on their recommendation, and Yowzah, this place was fan friggin tastic.

The«Mexican Martini» is horrible. I got a glass of lime juice. Literally, a glass of lime juice, no tequila at all. Never going back to this place.

Wonderful and unique Mexican food done with fresh ingredients and only the best best quality meats is the best way I can describe my many dining experiences at this restaurant. Very friendly staff who are happy to have me practice my Spanish on them and help me with the words I make mistakes on. Cannot say I have had everything on the menu yet, however several that I have had you cannot find on any other Mexican food restaurant I ever been to except Casa Milagros. Have enjoyed intimate dining with my family as well as large business and family dinners in their private dining rooms.

I have to say that I’m surprised by the many negatives reviews here. Especially considering how many positive reviews that Mexican restaurants, which I consider«meh» if anything, in the area receive. Honestly, I haven’t encountered a Mexican restaurant in the DFW area that I’m over the moon about. We will keep trying out different restaurants, but so far these highly popular restaurants have not wowed me. I’m from NM, and I have a particular taste for Mexican food, so it’s possible that nothing will ever make me entirely happy. However, we ate at Casa Milagro the other night and I was OVER-THE-MOON about these frickin’ carnitas. Oh heavenly day. Those were THEBEST carnitas I’ve ever had. The flavor in these suckers. I’ve been dreaming about them for over a week. Seriously, I will not rest until I have those carnitas again. And they are served with a bean soup that’s amazing – just really flavorful. My husband had brisket tacos and they were okay. The last time we ate at this restaurant I had tamales and they were alright too. But the carnitas alone are good enough to induce me to raise my overall opinion of the place. Sure, the menu is pricey in a way that doesn’t seem justified. But those carnitas!

This is a 2 star restaurant. Menu is way overpriced Service was sketchy. My friend got the Chile Reliano with chicken. The chicken tasted horrible. My shrimp Enchiladas were just ok. I didn’t care for the beans. The staff had an identity crisis. The host was not the manager. The head waiter was not the head waiter. There was no management there at all. Everyone except the host were rushing us out the door. Good thing I had a slice of pizza for lunch otherwise I’d be sad. This was a huge letdown. I wonder where all of the good Mexican restaurants are??? The interior was very nice. It looked like a 4 star restaurant from the inside. Thumbs down

I really love this place! Food is great, and the staff is always friendly. The atmosphere is very nice, plus they have a patio if you want to sit outdoors. They know my family as regulars, and one time and they let us eat even though they were about to close. Four stars because the service is usually very slow. The food comes out in a decent amount of time, but they take forever to come and take your order. I don’t recommend going unless you have two hours to spare.

The décor and atmosphere are both very nice here. The waiter was somewhat morose but did his job. We only had to ask for refills twice not bad considering we drink a bit of water. The food was OK. I didn’t really feel there was anything amazing or memorable about the food. For reference I had the brisket tacos and my friend enjoyed the chimichangas. I tasted both. The menu had a lot of options for food so that is nice. I won’t go out of my way to return or avoid.

Again, I’m from northern New Mexico and if there were an enchilada eating contest, I’d win. I was happy to see that this restaurant had sopapillas on their menu. However, they cost more than their worth. I ordered the cheese enchiladas and they were meh. The chilli red sauce was no different than a can of Wolf chilli from a supermarket. Their price points are pretty expensive for what you get. My friend ordered their tacos. And My god. what a sloppy mess. Usually when I dine at a new tex-mex/Mexican restaurant, I’m always weary of their sauces etc. I could judge this type of cuisine professionally if I wanted to. So I’m a big fan of combination plates so that I can try a bit of everything. I stared at their options and there wasn’t one thing that came close to what I wanted. They should offer some sort of «you choose 2 or 3» option. Then I looked for an a la carte section. Nada, zip, zero. I think this is the last time I try this restaurant. Nothing spectacular about this place and the rice and beans seemed to have been a few days old. Dry and tasteless. They need to revamp their menu and simplify. No way José.

Used to be a great place but new ownership has run into the ground. Friday night on the patio and nobody is here. Prices are raised. Margaritas are short. It will probably be oob in a year. And we just asked for separate checks and the freaking waiter had a cow. This place is officially off the list. And the flour tortillas are cold and stale — probably from the week old rack from Krogers

Decent Mexican food based on their ribeye fajitas… Open kitchen… Definitely needed more salt… Friendly family restaurant… We were in the area so gave it a shot… A friend of ours is opening a pizza/pasta restaurant on the corner so looking forward to that… but this is based on my order and I’m sure there are other items that are better tasting… They don’t have homemade tortillas… I try and stay away from starch andeay but hubby would have preferred it… Oh btw… The salsa is extremely spicy…

This review is for a quick lunch time work trip. The lunch menu has about 14 different combo plate options and the price range is about $ 7 – 10. The server was quick and very courteous. I had the carnitas and they were really tasty. The meat was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The plate also came with rice and a fantastic bean soup. Others around the table really enjoyed both the chicken and beef quesadillas. Portion size was really good for the lunch price.

We became disappointed witht Mexican restaurant we had been frequenting for years and got a great recommendation from friends that we should try this location. It is a little hard to see as it is located in the corner of a free standing shopping center. The service was excellent and the food likewise. I was amazed at the prices. We had been paying two dollars more for the Enchilada plates and a lot more for the fajita plates. The tortilla soup is excellent. We plan on making this our new Mexican stop each week in the future.

Casa Milagros’ tacos are so yummy! Take a jacket, it’s pretty cold in the restaurant! We’ve only lived in Richardson for a year, but this is our favorite Mexican spot so far! Yum!

This place is awful overpriced Mexican food. I gave it a few tries to give the a fair chance, but each time I was disappointed. The food is bland and the last time I went I was served HOT wine, even the glass was hot! When I let them know, all the manager said was«yeah, where we have the bottles the sun shines on the and they get hot.» …um ok… I will not be going back.

So been here on several occasions… but tonight I felt compelled to write a review bc of the horrible experience. On my way back to my table from the bathroom, several of their employees said some racist and inappropriate remarks… bc I am Asian and a woman. I called them out on it but they continued to laugh. I just dont see the humor in this. I asked to see the manager but it was pointless. Rather than just apologizing he started to defend his employees saying that they are not rude and that Asians are frequent diners at their establishment and they would never act in this manner… basically calling me a liar. Icing on the cake… he tops it all off with there was no way I could understand what they were saying bc they speak spanish. Little did he know that I speak/understand Spanish… in fact I have a minor in Spanish literature. Such ignorance!!! If you wanted be treated like a second class citizen you need to come here!!!

I had dinner there on a Saturday evening with a group. I thought that everyone was very courteous and efficient. I tried the Chile Relleno La Greta… All in all I thought that the entrée was a bit bland… I know, I know, there is a salt and pepper shaker on the table… but it was just missing that little something that would ordinarily give it a little pizzazz .but I will probably go back and try a different one… ya never know…

So, went to this restaurant on a recommendation. Encountered a problem as soon as I got there. Stood at the front counter and waited for someone… anyone…to seat me. Not overly crowded and a number of waiters moving back and forth, but no greeting and I’m still standing at the front for several minutes. Finally, someone comes and I’m asked if I want to sit in the bar… sure I say. Guess what happens there… I sit and wait and wait and wait for someone/anyone to at least get my drink order. Eventually, I get to order, but the service for me was poor. That rates 2 stars. Chips and salsa come free. Chips were warm and salsa was tasty. Finally order and select the shrimp enchiladas. Plates come with rice and beans. When the food arrived it was hot and tasty. Beans and rice were acceptable and the enchiladas were good. Dessert was a piece of flan and it was outstanding. Decent meal, poor service. No reason for me to go out of my way to eat here again. Plenty of other Mexican restaurants to try in the area.
