Bercier John Ms DDS

The office staff was very nice as was Dr. Bercier himself. I also went to him due to some periodontal issues. During the initial visit, he found the same concerns that my regular dentist found. One thing I like about Dr. Bercier is that he offered several treatment alternatives and options. Not only that, they verified with my insurance what would be covered and what would be the cost of each option. Checking if they would take my insurance and what would be covered is something other doctor offices did not do. They suggested you submit to my insurance and deal with that. And of course, I did not selected those doctors.
Doctor Bercier office is very nice, great location, parking, easy access from highway 75, very nice building, have a cafeteria in the building. Staff very professional, they gave me a call as a reminder of appointment. Easy to schedule appointment.
After over two hours of surgery, upper and lower, I would say one thing. Other than the injections for anesthesia, not a minute of pain. Before, during or after surgery. I repeat, even after surgery. That deserves five stars. After surgery Doctor Bercier explained what I needed to do, and also provided written instructions of what to do.
A great doctor!

I think in dentistry school there might be a saying: «If you think you can coerce you patients into doing more work than absolutely necessary, you’ll make bank»!!
Now all in all the office staff was very nice as was Dr Bercier himself, however, I went to him due to some periodontal issues, and he starts taking about doing grafts on my gums no where near the problem area. What?!? I am not concerned, nor am I having an issue in that area. Lets stay focused, shall we?
As it turns out, he gave me several options as to what I could do about my problem area which I appreciated, however this was something I was going to have to go to a regular dental office to have done. Great, another dental appointment at another dental office with another new dentist, Just what I was hoping for. NOT!
There were two dentists referred to me by Dr Bercier’s office, however I decided to go on my own and choose a dentist.
All in all nice office, but would I go back? I cant say I would, or wouldn’t. I just hope I never have any other dental issues that would require me too.
