Was sent to prepare my new pool deck for spray decking. During the power washing, they broke a newly installed $ 4,000 automatic pool cover. Gustavo said a crew would be back the next day at 8AM to fix it, and if they couldn’t, they would «make it right» and he would start an insurance claim just in case. He called the next day and said they couldn’t be there at 8aM, but would come at noon – called at noon and said they weren’t going to be back and it wasn’t really their fault. They also failed to clean all the dirt out of my pool they blasted into it while washing despite him also saying this was their responsibility to clean up.
