Terrible… Bad customer service and won’t go back. Felt insulted by the bad customer service, plus they are ver expensive.

I love to get a pedicure or manicure here. I think Binh gives the best massage with a pedicure that I’ve ever had. I also have had a back massage. It was great. I’ve never had anything but excellent service at ABC. Very good prices, too.

We’ve been using this place for years. But since Cindy has left they have gone to hell in a hand basket. Binh is awesome but the rest of them are average at best. The can barely understand you and fail to keep appointments often. Last night we called at 6:00 on Saturday night and asked for a 10:00 AM appointment on Sunday. We were told they open at noon. We confirmed 3 times for a noon appointment, when we got there today they told us we missed our 11:00 AM appointment and would need to come back later. How can you have an 11:00 AM appointment when you don’t open until noon. By they way they open at 10:00 AM on Sunday’s we found out. This is the typical lack of communication that you get since Cindy has left. They have non MANAGEMENT! ! !

I love this place! Binh is one of the best nail experts ever!

My solar nails, for which I was charged an astronomical amount for, and took FOREVER to do came off a scant 4 days later! Never going back there again.
