Anytime I’m up this far north I stop at this store. It’s always clean, well stocked, and the employees here are extremely friendly. Igor is the owner and operator of this store. He was featured on Undercover Boss and the president of 7-Eleven gave him his own store. Such a moving story and he is just as sweet in person as he is on that episode.

Sometimes you don’t realize how awesome a place is until you move… I usually don’t review places like this because what can you really say about them? But I lived the apartment complex where this 7 – 11 is located for three years and I have to say, Igor and his staff are so super friendly. Like you just cannot believe that Igor is that happy. But he is, and he will put a smile on your face before you leave. He obviously takes great pride in his store which is impressive. Just as important, the store is very clean and well stocked. I ran in here many times over the years and was so happy they were there because otherwise, it was at least a 10 minute drive to the closest grocery store. I got spoiled. I forgot that all 7−11s are not like this. I now live in another part of Richardson and I went to my local location the other day and wondered what I had walked in to. It was dingy and not very nice, I’m afraid. I won’t be going back there again. For a convenience store, this is as good as it gets.

This is one of the Best Convenience Stores in the area. As others have pointed it out, it is run by Igor who was a part of the show«Undercover Boss». He and his team are extremely service conscious and takes real good care of every customer that walks into this establishment. They are always greeted when they enter, always checked to see if they are having a good day. Igor and his team will also ensure you get the best bang for your buck by making sure you are aware of the promotions being run($ 1 coffee Wednesday). If not for anything else, I would certainly go into this store to give business to a guy who loves his store, his employees, his job and above all his customers!

Very friendly staff, convenient location and stocked with everything you could need from a 7 Eleven. I stop by here multiple times per week because I live in the same mixed-use development. Coke slurpees are great and for a quick sugar rush, grab a pack of the M&Ms cookies near the counter before you check out.

I come here nearly every weekday morning for coffee and every single time, I’m greeted by Igor(of «Undercover Boss» fame) or one of his staff members. They always ask how I’m doing and always ask if I need anything else like a breakfast sandwich(even offering a discount on occasion). I mean, what else could you want from a 7-Eleven, aside from gas? They offer plenty of bean burritos and nachos and other stuff, so you’re covered there. But seriously, this is by far the best convenience store I’ve ever been to. Coffee is good and they have other tasty options like Jamaican beef patties, pizza, mini-tacos, wings and more. Oh, and did I mention the alcohol? Nice selection of that as well. If you’re still not convinced, I’ll have you know Igor has been on Oprah. Oprah! There’s no reason you shouldn’t pay them a visit.

Igor was on the show Undercover Boss. He’s such a peach. If for no other reason, I come for him & the peeps. The friendliest, brightest, most neighborhoody place ever. Bright. & who doesn’t love slurpees and iced coffee?(the iced coffee is cheap & delicious — do not sleep on it!) Love love that this is my hood’s 7 – 11!

I am going to give away a secret here. Remember that nice gentleman from Russia who was on the television show«Undercover Boss?» He was the proud immigrant who was given his own store at the end of the episode. Well… this is his store. Welcome to Igor’s 7 – 11! I can honestly say that I had no clue about the show, as before I moved to Dallas, 6 months ago, I was living in South Africa. I walked into this store my first week in Dallas, and Igor, behind the counter, welcomed me with open arms. He was so friendly and became a staple of my morning commute. I had purchased a new GPS unit and I wanted to add his store address in it, so when I went searching for it in Google, the Undercover Boss episode popped up, and I was blown away. Igor and his staff(including his son Sergei) are so very friendly, and actually know the names of his customers. When I left on a business trip to New York for a week, he actually noticed my absence, which in an odd way, made me feel warm and happy. Most convenience stores are based in simple convenience, and not quality, but Igor runs his store with such a bright demeanor, and positive outlook, that I actually look forward to my 7 – 11 fix in the morning. And if it is a bad day? He always reminds me that Friday is never far away. If you’re in the neighborhood, stop by and talk to Igor, one of the nicest and hardest working people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting.

Brand spanking new 7 – 11 on the east side of Campbell and 75, about two blocks from the one on the west side. Nice, clean, bright lighting, well staffed, this isn’t the 7 – 11 I know. They have all your classics like hot dogs, and Slurpees, to things like fresh fruit and iced coffee, which is actually pretty damned good by the way. This is strictly a convenience store location, there is no gasoline. The staff is friendly, and helpful, again not what I am used to.
