Worst service ever. Interesting their email talks about best service and value. Looks like they need to train their team on the meaning. On line order was late and food showed up upside down and the driver said they overfilled the bad.

I was having issues with the app trying to place my order but when I called a man named Steven answered. Very sweet & professional! He helped me no problem & got my order in. Normally I don’t write reviews just read them but when I get great customer service I’ll make it known. Keep up the great work Steven! Awesome job!

This is the worst pizza hut I seen… The first time I order some pizza they complete mest up my order and ask for parmesan cheese they didn’t have any… The second time the delivery person couldn’t break a big bill they never said they don’t break big bills and she said all I have is a 20 are you serious… This is why dominos is taking your customers… F… Pizza hut…

I ordered pizza online from the Rialto Pizza Hut on Saturday evening about 9:00pm. I have ordered pizza from this location many times over the past 10 years and it hasn’t always been the best but not the worst either. I was so pleased with the pizza on Saturday… best pizza I have had in a long time. I hope it wasn’t a fluke and they really have stepped up their game.

Very disappointed!!! They should put themselves in the place of a paying customer the whole purpose of this place is that when people get hungry and order food it should be done the right way im a very understanding person had minor problems before and I see right throw it no biggie but today I was not having it i ordered online a pizza and a 2lit soda time arrival said 1:3730min. 2:10 driver shows up pizza cold how do I know the box is cold! Fine whatever evers my soda the driver says you ordered a soda? OMG! Really its now 2:50 and still no soda keep in mind im not far im by mill & meridian now I’m taking my business to the pizza hut on mill & mt vernon and hope for a better service

Ever heard the saying, «there’s no such thing as bad pizza!» Normally, yes that would be true. I’ve been frequenting this pizza Hut for years and our order and service has always been hit or miss… Some examples: They have gotten our order wrong, delivered only parts of our order, etc. Tonight I placed an online order, but was having trouble customizing my wings sauces, so I called prior to submitting the order online. I spoke to someone who was friendly and helped me sort out my issue. Online confirmation was 15 minutes pick up. When I got there 20 minutes later, they were just cooking my wings and I noticed the wings were not the bone less I ordered. I asked the cashier if maybe that was somebody else’s? She said, «sorry I can’t change your online order.» I only wanted ½ mild and ½ garlic out of 16. Wings are sold in increments of 8. She responded that she did not know how and she WOULDNOT change the sauces since the order said mild wings on the computer. I went ahead and canceled my wings order and only picked up pizza. I apparently got a refund via void receipt, but will follow up on that because this staff seems to not know how to work the register. The cashier went to the back with my pizza boxes and I asked her what she was doing with my pizza. I didn’t trust her with my food. She said«they forgot the spinach». I opened the box to find uncooked spinach thrown on top of an undercooked pizza. I hope she washed her hands after handling cash. I asked to speak to the manager, but apparently she was off. I’ve had it with this location and unreliable customer service. Had my family not been waiting on me, I would have cancelled the pizza too. I would rather drive out to another Pizza Hut then come here again.

This location sucks. Ordered pizza with pineapple, pep, Bacon and ham. Received pizza with no pineapples. Called in for a reorder and received it with no bacon wtf? Is going on with this place? If you can, never order from this one in Rialto address starts with 310 place is a disappointment. If I can give negative 10 I would.

If you can get past snotty people on the phone, a manager who won’t come to the phone and delivery drivers who cannot read directions you might taste their food. My house entrance is not on the street the address is on. You would think an easy fix just call up and explain it to them. Diamond says«we have your address we don’t need you calling here and tying up our lines to tell us» I said but, she said I said we have your address. I asked to speak to manager Diamond promptly hung up. We did this three more times. Now Diamond calls up and says«we cannot find your front door» I hung up on her.

This is my neighborhood pizza hut theres nothing really special about it. One thing I must say is that I’ve been lucky enough to not have my order messed up and I’ve been coming here on and off for years. If I ever have a pizza hut craving this place is most likely the one ill order from.

FYI Pizza store policy is strict. Very strict! The payment card needs to be at the location of actual delivery. Dilemma: working late at the office and need to have dinner delivered to the ‘Baby’ Solution: order pizza Shout out to Claudia«Manager» and David«Assistant Manager» working the Pizza Hut phones today and showing what matters most is feeding hungry people. Thanks guys!
