Came for Father’s day, first they make us wait for a table we were a party of over 14, they give us a table for 8 we sat around our table huddled together we all looked like we’re there to plan a robbery. Then it took us over an hour to get our food, half of our party didn’t get our food so we cancelled those orders. I don’t blame our waitress we could tell she was overwhelmed I blame the manager he’s not even in sight poor management the owner should send him back across the street to Home Depot he’s no good he’s probably in the back jacking off. And the place is hot, ac is set to Africa hot. Food was ok, music too, that and there was a girl across from us with big tiddys so I gave It 1 star. Other than that, fire the damn manager no sirve Para nada he’s going to crash and burn the restaurant

Horrible Customer Service! Might as well be invisible the way the waitresses ignore you! Waited 30 minutes with zero service or acknowledgment that we were even there! It wasn’t until we got up to leave that a waitress made her way over to us, but at the point we just wanted to leave. The 1 star is for the band, because despite everything they were really good.

Been coming here for a while all i got to say its nothing but good things about this place… love the menudo… they even serve pata in it if you want. its everything you expect in a family restaurant.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. The waitresses are super rude and the Banda only wants to play for certain people.

I come here ESPECIALLY for the mejillones (mussels). They are so tasty! The ceviche and the molcajete are also delicious. I’ve been here more than a few times and the food is absolutely worth coming back for.

Bad service, waitresses are rude and unprofessional, they took long to attend us. 10 minutes later and they still didn’t attend us. Took long to receive our food like 30 minutes. Overall just bad service don’t come here

First time here. The service was good for me. The waitress even let me try one of the ceviche before ordering. Cucarachas were bomb. Just watch out for the salsas they are spicy but good. Ceviche de Camaron was also great. They have Banda on Fridays at 8pm. Will be coming back again to try out other plates and appetizers.

The waitress was really rude and unprofessional never once did she stop by to see how we were doing. Ordered 2 medium coctels. That’s all. It took half an hour, and it would’ve taken more if we hadn’t say anything. After we complained to other waitress ours come and tells us that they were already making it. Well if it’s gonna take some time please tell us. We over here thinking that you forgot about us. The coctel was tasteless and the shrimp still had the skin on how gross is that? And it wasn’t even once. It was like 4 times that when I would get a spoon full the would be pieces of skin that was just groos. Didn’t even eat half of it. Never again will I go there. That waitress needs to work on her manners she gets payed for this.

First time here and I had an amazing experience.

BAD SERVICE. And food wasn’t enjoyable. I’ve been here before with my boyfriend and his parents and we waited and waited and were ignored. No waitress came up to us even after she saw us walk in. She was worried about taking care of 4 guys who were sitting at the bar. We ended up leaving.
Today I went in with my boyfriend and same thing, we got our menus and ordered but they didn’t check on us as they were busy helping 2 guys at the bar. The employees were flirting with the men (customers), laughing loud and I couldn’t believe what I saw when I looked up. One of the waitresses made hand gestures to the customer with her hands as if she would suck his D***. Sorry! But I couldn’t believe that.

What a joke! Walked out after just having 2 soft drinks brought out to us. The wait staff couldn’t figure out what to charge people and they couldn’t hear each other over the crappy mariachi type music because it was way too loud. Never again.

My family and I always come here and every time we are greeted nice and our order is taken right away. But today was the complete opposite. The waitress rudely gave us our menus and left. We waited 30 min just to place our order. The food is great, don’t get me wrong. But today’s service sucked!

The food here is good! Coctel de camaron is great, tacos governador! Yum. the micheladas are good. But that’s it, the service here SUCKS we got there the tables were dirty and I guess u sit yourself, well when we sat down it took 10 min before someone came to get our drink order and 15 for someone to get our food, we came with the family and I noticed that the groups of men where the ones who got all the «good service» they got salsa and chips around 2 – 3 times while we hadn’t gotten any. We had to flag a waitress for water and she said «this is not my area ill get your waitress» I didn’t even know who our waitress was!!! To top it off my mom asked for «pescado sarandiado» the lady first said wait time 30 min and my mom said yes! Then she came back and said wait time 1 hour for the fish, my mom really wanted it then she said ohh it’s 2.5 hours wait for the fish! Uhhhhh… Wtf? I straight up said «why don’t you just say that you guys are out of fish instead of continuously pushing wait time?» The waitress rolled her eyes and said nothing. On top of that they overcharged us it was $ 120 for all of us and I told her to split it in half and not until I got home did I notice she charged us $ 65 each that’s $ 10 extra! Wow… I’m usually one to leave really good tips $ for great service, I didn’t leave crap because it was not deserved it wasn’t even busy as to say they were backed up. This would be a great place if their customer service would pick up! Hey owners GET BETTER WAITRESSES AND YOU’LL GET MORE BUSINESS!

Worst experience. We got sat we ordered our drinks waited 20 minutes for that to come out then while ordering the lady interrupts us walks alway then grab drinks for someone else comes back finish ordering then wait over an hour and a half for our food to finally come out not even all at once. Never again

Excellent food! You can eat as if you were in México and even better, they often have live music and its great! 100% recommended

I dot eat seafood but I had the carne asada plate. The meat was cooked just right and crispy. I didn’t eat the rice but the beans are really good. The mariscos were good according to the fam.
Overall, I didn’t give the 5^th star because the music is constant and too loud to have a normal conversation.

To say the truth. Every time I was buying beer at food 4 less. It smells bomb. Made me want to try it? Big mistake. The service sucks. The food is garbage!

The food is good but service SUCKS. The waitress we got was so clueless about the menu. If we asked a question she would leave to go ask someone else. .It took 1 hour for the food to come out so by the time it did our drinks were done they have no refills so that sucks. definitely will not be going back

So there is something consistent about this place. It has horrible service. Walked in with my daughter who loves seafood. Sat down. Waitress brings out or menus, takes drink orders. Came back with drinks. Too our orders. Waited over 30 minutes for my daughters soup and my order did not come with hers. I continued to wait, meanwhile our waitress never checked to see how we were doing or even state she was still waiting waiting on my order, my daughter was almost done with her meal when a different waitress came and asked if we were doing ok. Well, I let her know my food had not come out yet and she let the kitchen know and I waited another 30 minutes. Another waitress I flagged down brought us the check. Seriously horrible service.

Came here on Sept. 26 @ lik 7 pm on a Friday night (2014). The people were very friendly. We had refills done asap, and food was delivered pretty fast for a mariscos restaurant. Band played good music, very cool and playing songs requested. Overall great experience and very good food!
