If I could give negative stars I would. The staff is more preoccupied with what is playing on TV than doing their job. I had to wait 30min for one sandwich. Bad service here!

The staff working here are awesome! They try to make your experience wonderful every time. I have gone here on different occasions and every time has been great! The line can get pretty long during rush hour but they do the best they can to keep the line moving.

There was a family of 4 finishing up their order when I walked in. I ordered a # 9 giant sub. Before the young man would even start on my sandwich he asked the 2 people behind me what they wanted to order too. So instead of making my ONE sandwich then taking their order and so on, he’s now making several sandwiches at the same time, impeding my ability to leave in a timely manner(see photos). So much for catching a quick bite to eat. It’s ashamed too, because the food is really tasty. I just don’t think I have time to wait around and be devalued as an individual customer. Please Jersey Mikes, talk to your employees on the proper customer service etiquette.

One star for the friendliness of the staff. The sandwiches are way over priced and also just gross! They don’t have very many options, especially on the veggie toppings! I ordered a BLT and a meatball sub. The meatball sub was fine, my kiddos ate it up and seemed to like it. The BLT was soggy ! The bread and the bacon were soggy! Yuck! Just too expensive for what they offer and what you get. I won’t be back due to the prices and the lack of options. I payed over $ 40 for 3 sandwiches only(no chips or drinks!!!)!!! I coulda had all you can eat Korean BBQ for that price!!! I wish I woulda returned my soggy sandwich cuz I only ate one little quarter, but it was a far drive!

Jersey Mike’s is so delicious and I was really excited when they finally built a location in Rialto. The food is always fresh and made to your preference; the staff is upbeat and friendly. It’s definitely a great place to stop and grab some lunch. They also have a great rewards program and I have gotten free sandwiches quite a few times!

The service is well. Its the food, ordered a reg Rueben sandwich @ $ 9.00, its not good at all. The taste of the pastrami was horrible. For the price the quality and the service I will give them only a 3 out of 5 and they are lucky thats all im giving them.

Another sandwich place… I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time on Tuesday 2⁄2. First impression, not good. The employee’s were talking fast and when I told the staff this was my first time they weren’t helpful. The staff weren’t rude, just not very helpful. I couldn’t understand them when they talked because it was so fast. So I placed my order and I was also ordering for my uncle who said get it Mike’s way(or something like that) then the sandwich itself. The meat behind the cabinet didn’t look very appetizing but looks can be deceiving. I ordered the chicken philly and it wasn’t tasteful to me. There was no mayo, mustard just no flavor at all. Needless to say, I won’t patronize this nor any other Jersey Mike’s. Nasty…ugh!

I love this place. When I first found it I was a little skeptical and thought about it as a subway copy. Now it has come to be my favorite place for subs. I enjoy knowing that everything is fresh and I would totally recommend the hot subs, those are great.

I love Jersey Mikes! I also love that they carry Tasty Kakes! If you’re from the East Coast then you know how good these little cakes are, and how hard they are to find out here in California! I stopped by last night because I really wanted a TastyKake! When I went in, they only had the coconut ones. So the Manager, Evan, gladly offered to go into the back and their freezer to see if they had any other selection. Although they didn’t have any other selection of the Tasty Kakes, he offered a brownie or cookie, or any other item they did have to satisfy my sweet tooth! I opted for their fresh cookies, and they were delicious! Thanks Evan for being so helpful!

Well just went to jersey mikes today and wasn’t please with my visit at all or my food. I went in I was starving got my order down and all that and I gotta tell you the workers here where just rowdy and NOT productive at all. Literally a guy on the grill was playing with the food on the grill… and he left it unattended for a few mins and the girl making my sandwich yelled who’s on the grill and it wasn’t in a nice way. anyway I was watching my food be made and saw, I guess who was an employee, walk in the back with his street clothes on. No hat, nothing just a t shirt, jacket, shorts, and normal shoes… OK. Well I went to pay as my food was being finished up and once I paid the girl left the register to stand around in the back to talk with the other employees. 2 were on shift and standing around doing nothing. 1 guy on the grill yapping away very loudly, and the guy who just walked in the back… then I can over hear these employees talking about their customers, not in a positive way. I brought to the attention of the girl that made my sandwich. she didn’t mind much but she did apologize. I just thought it’s not proper customer service. Also, the employees standing around coulda cleaned up the store or made fresh bread because I got home excited to eat and my bread was so hard! So hard it literally hurts my mouth… I hope this doesn’t happen again, I love this location cause it’s so close to home. I won’t return for the day shift cause it wasn’t a nice visit. I plan to call the manager but we’ll see.

I went in and accidentally ordered my mom a number 7 instead of a number 5! Lol I called my mom on the phone to let me know and a coworker(name Giselle or yeselle couldn’t really tell) overheard me on the phone and offered to make the proper sandwich. It meant a lot that she went out of her way to make my day better and not get yelled at when I got home :) so thank you so much

Disappointment! I love jersey mike but seriously how do you screw up an online order??? It’s prints out exactly how I want it! Wheat bread??? Is that complicated? No bell peppers, I’m allergic! And grilled onions seriously? I have the server give me my sandwich and than ask for it back, he said I forgot the grilled onions, so I give it back, than I get home and it’s a handful of raw onion! No joke !!! Rialto jerseys you guys suck!

I love it here. I prefer to order my food on the phone most of the time because there so many new popular places in the same area parking is crazy, and they always get it right. It’s always waiting when I walk in and service is great. The coupons are great deals too. Keep up there great work.

Everything was done right! I put in a very large phone order and nothing was missing, it was done on time and the staff is great, better attitude than a few other locations. Also come here for the fresh cut meats. Love the number 5 meats.

I live pretty far from this location… I just was passing by to grab a bite to eat… I WASSOIMPRESSED !!! I walked in with a group of 10 people with me and they handled the crowd so well. It was quick and the workers were so efficient and gracious to hand out our food and accommodate the large group we had. None of the orders got confused, it just flowed and the quality of the food was still spot on! I specifically asked for the name of the cashier because of how sweet and kind she was to accommodate me. I hope I spelled it right, Shanayea. Even when she had a crowd of people ordering when I asked for hot sauce and more peppers she gladly made sure I got them in a timely manner so I wasn’t standing there waiting forever while my sandwich was getting cold. Wish the location by my work was as GREAT as this one ! — forever impressed !

Parking is tricky. The city put up barriers in the street to prevent cars from turning left into the parking lot. You are forced to drive to the end of the block and turn left at the light. From there, you can go to Chipotle, In-and-Out, or Jersey Mike’s. The traditional Italian(#13) is the best Italian sub anywhere. I cannot vouch for any other sandwich there because I order nothing else. My school(Rialto High School) held their ASB fundraiser there this past week. The service here has been friendly and efficient, but it is a fairly new location with fairly new employees. Time will tell if they maintain their level of customer service excellence. Do I want hot roast beef? I go to Togos. Do I want a salad in a sandwich? I go to Subway. Do I want pastrami? I go to The Hat. Jersey Mike’s is my place for an Italian sub.

Nothing wrong with the food, but the service was the worst I’ve ever had at any Jersey Mike’s. There were SEVEN people behind the counter, and none of them could be bothered to wait on customers. There was nobody eating in the restaurant, and only two people waiting. I was one of them. I waited four minutes before any of them would even SPEAK to me, and the guy behind me waited about eight minutes. With FOURPEOPLE(teenagers), they could only manage to make one sandwich at at time. The guy behind me said, «How many infants does it take to make a Jersey Mike’s Sub?» Three older staff were making piles of sandwiches in the back. The two girls and two guys at the counter were drinking and spilling soda, picking out slices of meat with their bare hands(no gloves) and slurping them down, and playing grab-ass with each other, laughing hysterically. It was SuperBowl Sunday, about 7pm, and the TV was so loud they couldn’t even hear the customers. I had to repeat my order three times to «Mauricio». I couldn’t understand a word he said. I just nodded when he spoke and hoped for the best. I felt like walking out as he took his sweet time making by sandwich(four more minutes). I double checked to make sure«Mauricio» was wearing gloves when he made my food. The two girls never once made eye contact with a customer or offered to take an order or work a register. That’s why the guy behind me waited four more minutes. I wondered if they were all high. When the register guy(not Mauricio) took my money, I think he said, «Will you be dining with us this evening?» I answered, «Hell No.» He looked offended. Really?
