Is it weird that I am really excited to Unilocal about this particular Staples? Well, weird or not, I really loved it here.
Here’s what I was diggin’:
+A big, shiny new store that’s easy to get to from the highway, and there is plenty of parking.
+Lots of friendly staff who were all extremely helpful.
+Big displays that make it easy to find everything you need.
+A better selection than other Staples I’ve been to.
If you find yourself needing office supplies, the Pickerington/​Reynoldsburg Staples is well worth the trip!

Stopped in on a whim after chasing around online and at OfficeMax for a monitor. They had the one I was supposed to get at OfficeMax, for the same price (and had plenty of them.) Price was reasonable, service was very good even though they were busy. They even gave me an extra coupon.
Selection and layout were pretty typical for Staples. The place was clean and well-​organized. It’s not in my neck of the woods, but next time I’m out this way I’ll stop in.
My opinion of Staples is slowly improving, or maybe my opinion of OfficeMax is dropping. Service, selection, and prices are better.

I was a little shocked at the mess of this store. Boxes were everywhere and the laptop and tablet section seemed incomplete. Some of the laptops had no info beside them. The store just had a weird vibe. After a while I did have two employees ask if I needed help but at this point I was just ready to browse and leave. Their computer and tablet section seems to be the bare minimum. I will go somewhere else with a decent selection, neat and clearly identifiable computers, and no boxes in the aisle.

Office supplies always win for me (after ice cream, of course). This place is a typical Staples store. I’ve been here a few times for different things, each trip is about the same — nothing spectacular. The clearance section was a hot mess this time, and the staff was a bit inattentive.

Either Staples has really gone down hill or this one is not all that great. Depending on the day that you go the help staff is anywhere from pretty decent to non-​existant. Their selection for office supplies is alright but I’ve seen better at other Staples and other Office Max’s and the rest of the stuff that they sell like office furniture (which is just overpriced cheap junk) and their tech stuff is pretty ho-​hum.
If you’re looking for pens, paper and erasers then this is the place to go. If you want stuff for your computer or for your office you’d save yourself some time and money by just going online and looking at any of the hundreds of office supply retailers.

This is a great Staples. Copy center is excellent, with helpful staff, multiple machines and options, as well as office tools like a paper cutter, scissors, staplers and binder clips to make it easier to compile presentations. Great selection of supplies, office furniture, and the Martha Stewart line is prominently displayed, so if that’s what you’re looking for, it’s easy to find. The staff is generally helpful. The lines can sometimes be slow because only one check out lane will be open, but this is usually rectified quickly. The only problem I have here is with paper prices – it’s like $ 10/​ream. So you may want to buy paper somewhere else.
