So I figured it’s about time to write a review, I’ve been going to CCA for almost 10 years now lol. I’ve bought subs, amps, lights, sound matting, remote starts, you name I’ve gotten it from CCA and have never been disappointed! I’ve always gone to the Reynoldsburg store. Always been treated with the utmost respect and Donald has always helped me out a ton! Super knowledgeable and attentive to goals and what you are looking for. Super awesome dude! The whole staff is awesome at the Reynoldsburg store. I always send my friends and family to CCA and tell them to ask for Donald. He always takes care of them! I have nothing bad to say about Donald or the Reynoldsburg crew of CCA. YOU GUYS ROCK! #askforDonald

I called the Reynoldsburg store and was told that the component I wanted was in stock at the Morse road location.
I called the Morse road location and was told «I don’t know. You have to come in and look for it.» Wow, what terrible customer service!
Annoyed, I called back a few hours later and was told that they do not have that component in stock. They added that the Reynoldsburg location had a similar component (a different model but that should work the same) in stock.
I called the Reynoldsburg and they confirmed that the had the similar component in stock.
I went to the Reynoldsburg location later that same day. They did not have the similar component in stock. Wow, what terrible customer service!
I eventually ordered my component through Sound Investment.
