T-Mobile

Had to get a new phone today and I’m technogically impaired. Kudos to staff person Marco. He was patient and helpful and it was a painless experience. All staff were great despite the mobs of shoppers. Thank you

So I came to this T-​Mobile store because my boyfriend’s «guaranteed waterproof» phone bricked after a light splash at the beach yesterday… We pay for high end insurance and still have to pay $ 175 as a deductible to turn it in for the Jump program we pay for. This on top of the fact that we STILL haven’t received our termination fee reembersment from 6 months ago was frustrating and makes me want to 1 star the company for their policies. Everyone at this store and at the Everett store basically said «sorry, not our problem», but then we got to talk to the manager, Liz. She was really helpful and although there was still very little she could do to help with the company policy or the reembersment, she called a bunch of other stores trying to find a good loaner phone for us, and explained thoroughly and sincerely what the situation was, and that she understood our frustration. We left with a game plan of how to fix this and knowing who to call for results. Thanks so much for your help, Liz!

Yesterday, I had a slight complication regarding on wanting to replace my new number with my old number towards the new Tmobile family plan. I arrived to the Tmobile place in Revere 30min before they close. A very helpful sales rep named Vetto took the honor of walking up to me and my family and ask if I need any help while the store was packed with people. Not only did he helped me replace my new number with my old number he also fixed the screen protector I had that are filled with good amount of dust AND helped my parents update their family plan. He did a really good job keeping his customers happy and leaving the place with a huge smile. There maybe some ups and downs here. But I definitely arrive to a day with good service. This day is worth keeping Tmobile.

Honestly, these folks are great. We sometimes host international students who need mobile sim cards for their phones to work. I take them right here. Multilingual, friendly and efficient; very good about answering all the questions and getting the kids up and texting. The parking lot is a little challenging since it is right beside a busy rotary on route 1A.

First time to this facility for issues with my cell; some of them were fixed BUT the young lady seemed rushed, could careless & even stated its still under warranty. Also, while I she was assisting me she walked away and went out back not even excusing herself.
