Very helpful staff. They went out of their way to sort out some insurance issues.

This facility is adequate for mammograms, bone density tests, scans, MRIs, etc.). This hopital-​affiliated facility has been a staple of the Reston community for years. Registrars put your information in their database, repeating memorized lines without eye contact, and then hand you a 3-​page document to sign that would take you 15 minutes to fully read. The office area opens to the waiting area and the non-​professional chit-​chat coming from the staff (ordering pizzas, talking about vacations, etc.) can be annoying, especially if you are coping with a serious problem. On one occasion, an incorrect follow up letter went out and had to be corrected. The staff keeps the volume up on the TV on in the dim waiting room, and the best way to describe the experience is: strictly utilitarian.
