Great staff and always a good place to look for a special gift; you need time to look at everything but I love the items that give back!

Fantastic in all areas… the selection and prices are great. And the staff is delightful… I go there often as I work at the town center and have never had a bad experience. You can always find something for yourself or as a gift for someone else. Glad they are there !!!

Lou Lou is a small store packed with colorful jewelry, scarfs and other various accessories. I always find it ridiculously easy to wander in to simply browse and walk out with a bag full of treasures. I actually didn’t even realize RTC had a Lou Lou until this past week, but am glad I stumbled upon it after lunch in the area. I love the tables and shelves full of various colors and am excited this is closer for me than trekking out to Mosaic when I need a nice accent piece. The accessories are moderately priced, and it has been my experience they last a decent amount of time without tarnishing or breaking. It’s costume jewelry, so nothing high end here, but that said, it’s a brand I like and trust. Also, this store has some of the nicest associates I have encountered. I’ve gone in a few times looking for something specific and they are quick to offer assistance AND compliments on your jewelry selection. Love that! My only concern is the store is fairly compact, so this would not be an ideal experience if it was crowded. Fortunately, this visit left me with the store to myself, so that was not an issue. I see myself coming back here often… sorry wallet.

The beauty of Lou Lou lays in its over-stuffed boutique style merchandising. It makes you feel like a six year old playing in her«cool» aunts accessory closet. This is not an artisan shop, its a very on-trend collection of mass marketed items with a few designer lines thrown in. But what an awesome array!

Staff is helpful and isn’t on top of you. Tons of hip styles, can usually find whatever I’m looking for. So much better than the mall!

It’s just a cute little store with like a million accessories to look at. Being an earrings– addict, I had to buy something after spending 10 minutes staring at everything. :D The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars is that I wish it was a bit cheaper.

Very cute store, lots of fun accessories, and bags. I always find something to buy, either for me or for a gift. Employees are very helpful finding things or suggesting items.

I like this store, though I do have to spend more time than I’d like as I’m easily overwhelmed by the tables and shelves overloaded with jewelry and accessories. The small space carries everything jewelry from inexpensive earrings, rings, and bracelets to designer pieces. Today for instance my mom picked up a KJL bracelet and I got three pairs of $ 18 beaded square hoop earrings. The store also carries purses, coin purses, scarves, headbands, gloves. and so much more. Great store to pick up gifts for friends, stocking stuffers. whatever you can imagine.

This store would be good if they had a less snooty staff, I waltzed in during my lunch hour, as I work at Reston Town Center and for some reason, I was being watched and the evil glare from the snooty staff member sent me out the door. I do not want to be followed around, particularly if no one is at least going to ask me if they can assist me. They don’t have much in the way of hair jewelry, which is what I was looking for, and, what they do have is more dark-toned.silver, browns, blacks, turquoise… not much pink or pastels, bright colors. I was in there in the Spring/Summer, so it was not the«time of year,» where they would have been transitioning to Fall merchandise. I really don’t know what the women’s problem was, as I was dressed in a business suit and do not exactly fit the stereotype of a shoplifter. Even so, the fact that that occurred sends me to Chico’s or elsewhere when I feel like buying costume jewelry. I guess you have to walk in appearing rich to buy costume jewelry /get service. What kills me is that my income is at least double what any retail clerk earns, so the idea of being judged by someone who is not exactly«successful» or «wealthy» herself is a real joke.

Lou Lou is a new addition at Reston Town Center. How new, I don’t know. Last time I was around was Christmas 2008. For Christmas 2009, I was given a pair of cute fingerless gloves from there. Had no idea where the store was or what it was all about, so when I spotted it across from The Paper Source I dragged some also-visiting friends to check it out. Soooo much great stuff in such a little space! Really great selection of winter accessories, like gloves, scarves, etc. But They also have some fabulous costume jewelry — and really not that pricy. Some of the earrings were as low as $ 10. Liked the women working here too. Very helpful. It’s a little space so you might skip over it, but drop in if you have a chance. Cute spot.
