Lend A Box

This is a great alternative to cardboard moving boxes-​and the team at Lend A Box was wonderful to work with. We’d highly recommend them!

Great service and pricing. On time delivery and pick up by friendly people. Boxes super convenient, so happy I didn’t have to buy moving boxes or then have to get rid of them responsibly. Would absolutely use them again!

After using these guys, I will never buy boxes from the moving company again.
I contacted them and got a great package deal for moving out of my 2-​bedroom, 2-​bath condo. They gave me 25 large plastic boxes, 10 small plastic boxes, 2 dollies, and 4 wardrobe boxes for one week for ~$ 125. I would’ve spent a couple hundred dollars on cardboard boxes and had nowhere to put them after the move if I had rented from the moving company. Instead, the nice man Lee dropped them off to me and picked them up from me at the new house.
The boxes themselves are very durable hard plastic. You stack them 4 high on the dolly and wheel them into your moving van, or have the movers do that, as I did. It makes the move a thousand times easier not having to lift heavy boxes and sacrifice my back.
Great customer service, prompt delivery and pickup, economical alternative… why didn’t I know about these guys my first 3 moves?

Used these guys with recent move and can’t speak higher of my interaction and the equipment. I was curious about reusable boxes for moving and found Lend A Box online.
From the moment we contacted them it was an excellent experience. The people both on the phone and particularly in person, we’re great, super nice and helpful. The the boxes (hard plastic crates) were very clean, I was worried about that beforehand. We had a lot of kitchen utensils/​appliances to move, and so the crates were heat in that I didn’t have to worry about the durability of the crate opposed to a cardboard box. They worked really well for our move, had side handles on every one, also a plus.
The only thing to have in mind is that the crates weigh more than cardboard and it will add (obviously) to the total weight of your haul and per box. The wardrobe boxes are slightly unwieldy just because they are big and durable and need to fold up, but not a big issue.
Overall, awesome, I feel good about the environmentally friendly option and the people at Lend A Box made the process something I would certainly use again.
