Burger King

Horrible place to eat! Floor is so dirty, staff are not friendly, and the tables are so sticky. I will never, ever eat there again!

Probably the worst BK location I have ever been to, and that has been a lot!
The primary issue I have with this BK is they were slow. Really slow. I saw snails and turtles out-​pace the workers here.
Corporate BK needs to check on this establishment, because it is not representative of the overall BK experience, and needs some oversight on standards and practices…

Horrible.
Went in for some chicken fries. They ran out of buffalo so I had to get regular.
No heat inside building and kids running around like damn banchees.

Oh I wish there was a zero star option because I have never received such poor service in my life! I went through the drive through at 8:30 pm on 12/​29/​2015 and had to wait to order for 5 minutes when no one was in the store or in line! Then once they finally ask me what I want he doesn’t let me finish my order before rudely telling me the price and to go to the next window. Took a minute to even get him to answer back to finish my order. Once I get to the window he ignores me for a minute looks right at me with a dead face and takes my card and gives it back without saying anything. The burger came out and he threw it in the bag and once the fries were ready he poured them into the container getting his hands all over it after I had seen him walking around picking up trash right before he served my food and never washed his hands. When he finally gave me the food I asked for barbecue sauce and he only gave me one. When I asked for more he said nothing and stared at me with zero expression for a good while grabbed a single barbecue sauce and rudely handed it to me continuing to stare rudely. I have never received such awful service in my life and would never be back if it wasn’t the only Burger King near me!

I stopped by for breakfast this morning. My food was not hot when I got it. The sandwich was dried out and overcooked. I could not eat it. I was not offered a receipt and when I requested one, I was told they were not available.

I would’ve said 3 stars because it’s BK and not the greatest a place ever, but the same as all other BKs. However, when I went back to the counter to reheat an apple pie, the manager was screaming and cursing at one of his employees. Slamming things down and everyone around the store could hear them. It was ridiculous. Not only was the service subpar, but the man needs to get a check with the district manager. She didn’t deserve what the lady was getting.

The staff is extremely rude and for some unknown reason when in the drive thru, they make you pull around to the front of the building to wait for your food even if there is absolutely no other cars in line. It makes me wonder if they just don’t want people watching through the drive thu window at what’s really going on in their kitchen.

Had a super great tasting and delicious whopper and medium sized drink for lunch today. The dining room is still awesome, clean and well organized with only about 6 people’s at the tables. Staff and management are awlways friendly and helpful indeed

Wish there were negative stars to give. DO NOT GO HERE. Let’s face it, we know we are not eating healthy going to Burger King but occasionally you just want it. This is not the one to go to. Food is cold even when you have to wait for it, love to know how they manage that. The management is horrible. Tear it down and put in a chick fil a or anything else.

By far, the worst Burger King ever. The food smells terrible. It tastes terrible. The nuggets were inedible because they were rock hard. The restaurant is so dirty and rundown. Once I saw the inside, I haven’t been back since. Seriously shitty. They need to just go ahead and close up shop. Trash.

You know what you’re getting from burger chains – that’s part of their… charm. But this restaurant is run-​down. It’s clean, just dated.

New management I believe. In the past few months this place went tolerable to well below that. Only drive through in the area, but you won’t be saving any time in it.

We were rushed in giving our order even though no one was behind us. They got the order wrong, forgetting fries and replacing a whopper with a double whopper (and charging for it). The fries were unsalted, and the burgers were squished. To top it all off, they forgot to give us a receipt.

If I could give this burger king less than one star, I would. First of all, the woman did not understand one word we were saying. She then handed us the bag which was missing one order of fries. She also failed to give us a receipt. When we arrived home and opened up the bag, we saw that one of the burgers had 2 patties on it, which we did not ask for. The other burger was completely squished on one side. I’m not sure how she managed that. The burger was also cold. Finally, the fries were completely unsalted. Like I said, this location deserves less than one star.

Why no zero star? And, why have I never been able to use the drive through without waiting 10 minutes after driving around to the side?
Burger King is a necessary evil. I work long and often late hours, have a dog with severe separation anxiety, and am lazy (minimal cooking in this house). Sometimes, a burger does the trick. But I am never going here again. I’d rather cook. And usually, I’d rather carve out my own eye than cook.
To the management and ownership, wth? Are you understaffing? Cutting corners on cleaning and maintenance? Do you just not care? I feel horrible for the staff who work here. There’s no shame in working in fast food, but working at this hole has got to be demoralizing.

I used to come here a lot in the mornings but stopped when they stopped serving iced tea that early (I’m not a soda or drip coffee person). I stopped here today when I needed a fast lunch and I asked for the honey barbecue strips and fries. When I got to where I was going I noticed that I got regular chicken strips but was charged for the barbecue ones. The service is friendly but I think I will stop going here.

This is quite possibly the worst BK I have ever been to. It is dirty, the food is stale, the orders are almost always wrong, and the service (at a drive through!) goes at a snail’s pace. Skip it please!

I live down the street from this burger king. So i know it extremely well.
If I make the light on colt’s neck I will go, if I don’t make the light I just continue to the exxon station on centreville road for coffee.
It is a very poor representatioin of what a burger king in reston should be.
Its more like a bk in the new york city, where you are lucky if the homeless don’t hang out all day with a cup of coffee.
I got a coffee and a sausage burrito this morning for around $ 3.35, now they have a drive through and that is why on a cold day I didn’t go to dunkin donuts or get coffee at the gas station.
The bottom line is., whoever owns this franchise is cheap. If its corporate owned Reston is getting screwed.
It is the most dimily lit interior of any bk in my life.
