NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN! Got the worst customer service ever at a smoke shop and places like these should be closed!, idk what the guys name was but it was some skinny Armenian dude. I asked for a cuttwood juice bottle and he gave me an almost half empty one so I asked if he had any full ones and he said yes, so he went to the back and got me another one, when he came back with it, I noticed the seal had been ripped off that bottle too but it was full so I said screw it, when I walked out to my car I dripped some on my dripper and it was near impossible to vape! I looked at the bottle and it had an expired date on it! Idk if the guy was trying to hustle me or something but they shouldn’t be wasting peoples time or money like that.

This place is amazing! They have a wide selection of premium e-​liquids and their prices are very affordable. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of all their products. Lastly, a huge thank you to William for helping me pick out my Ruthless Rise and Cuttwood Sugar Drizzle e-​liquids. I’ll definitely come back here again.

Stopped by on my trip back to visit LA and after a couple days searching for a charger for my e-​cig, finally happened upon this store. Their glass selection is great and there’s a lot of affordable options for those on the go. William is the man! He took the time to find me a matching charger and even found a loose one when I was making my purchase and threw it in for free! Great service, i would definitely recommend this place.

This place is great! They have a great selection, great prices, and great service! The store has been around since the 90’s and you can tell its a family store that cares about their customers… very convenient right next to food for less!

Great customer service and very decent prices ! They have a wide selection of cigarettes, vape and accessories; lots to choose from. The place is recently remodeled and the new owners did a fantastic job !

I went into this store once the owner was ethnic, gave me a glare and continued his conversation with one of his customer’s in his native language. After waiting and being ignored for about 10 minutes I got frustrated and walked out of the store. During the time I was waiting I had a chance to look over the merchandise and have to say that it was rather bare bones. I would not return to this store, because this merchant lacks the fundamental understanding of common courtesy, let alone concepts like customer service, which may possibly be out of his mental grasp, unless you speak farsi or arabic then he’ll probably hook you up. I did not like the way I was treated here, being ignore because I don’t speak farsi or arabic is not my idea of a positive shopping experience. I hope that the service here can be improved so that future customer may have a more positive shopping experience than I did.

I love this shop ! Its great and the guy that owns the shop is helpful he has great cigars, hookahs, etc. Great prices also
