They have a big selection and the store really is bigger than it looks. The big Set-back are the prices, they are very expensive and for no reason. They have blank shirts for 6.99EACH! i don’t understand the pricing here and there is no one in sight when you’re looking for help, everyone is just working up at the front at the cash registers waiting for a customer or any sign of life. I’ve never been in this store(the 3 – 4 times i’ve gone) and seen more than 1 or 2 other customers.

First and foremost I’d like to say that I’ve been coming to the store since they first opened the selection is OK the staff is horrible especially the Asian lady with an attitude problem the prices are insanely high I went in the other day to buy two American apparel v neck white tees, normally about 8.99. But for some reason they decided they’re going to charge 1899 per shirt I showed the Asian lady previous receipts from the week before and proof that I paid 899 from my valued customer card which has every transaction printed on the back of it and she basically told me they’re 1899 don’t like it don’t buy it get out! I’ve spend well over 8 – 9 $ k at this store and that’s the customer service I get! To anyone who wants to shop here, go up the street to t-mart at least they are honest hard working people not Asian con artists

The selection, prices, and general staff are just fine; but, the management shouldn’t be working in customer service. I came in to exchange a pair of pants that I had bought 3 weeks ago, and she treated me like a criminal for breaking the 2 week(newly created) return limitation. I had NEVER worn the pants, and the tags were still on. In fact, they were still perfectly creased. I only wanted to trade in for a different size. I feel bad for the poor staff that has to deal with her on the daily. I’ll be buying the brands that I’ve come to like from there online from now on.

a lot of clothes, a lot of options is just over priced. you will do better if you go to tillys or the mall then shop here. I guess when you have to buy something quick this place will do, other than thag I suggest just driving to the mall.

This place has horrible management. Went there and bought a pair of sandals walked out of store tried them on and realized one of them was damaged. Went right back in after 2 min to exchange and they wouldn’t do it. Management said all sales are final but dosnt say that any where in store or on receipt. Last time I ever shop there.

If your conservative or very preppy this store Is not for you. But if your street, a skater, or into Newr hip hop fashion … It’s the SPOT! I highly recommendthis store beforeyou go into the mall.

Nice selection of Levi’s. Big selection of hats. They carry TOMS which are cool and the prices are decent. I stop by here from time to time to check out what they have.

I do not recommend the purchase of gifts here unless you are willing to consider your purchase a loss if the items do not fit the person, who you are purchasing them for. You will not get your money back from this store. NEVER shop here, unless you want to be ignored by the arrogant staff and accept their poor customer service. I went to this store to purchase two pairs of pants yesterday. The store manager did not speak to me when I walked up to the register. I asked if I could return or exchange the pants if I the items did not fit the person I was purchasing them for and the manager confirmed with an, «Mmmhmm.» I went today to return the pants. The woman working was Anna and she told me that they do not accept returns; they only will exchange the items or issue a store credit with a receipt. I explained the interaction with the manager at the time of the purchase and asked if she could possibly call her and ask for permission. Anna refused to call the manager and did not accept my return. I did not sign anything accepting a no return policy and the manager, who was less than friendly should not have agreed to accept my return if she knew it would be disallowed today. I am calling my credit union to dispute this transaction, because I am dissatisfied with their poor customer service and the way they misled me to believe they would accept a return. Businesses should not scare away customers with this type of behavior. Perhaps they should work on their customer service skills and change their policies. This is not a good way to build customer loyalty.

At first I thought I found a really great store. We walked in ready to buy a ton of shoes but the sales people where in lala land when they finally noticed us the boxes had the wrong size shoes. Then when my two and a half year old said he needed to use the bathroom they refused to let him use theirs, but on the up side the hot dog place next door let us use theirs and we discovered that their hot dogs were great.
