Clean location, but very inconsistent staff. Sometimes you have someone who’ll help you out and get you your meal, other times you find yourself standing around waiting for someone to even take your order. Also, don’t try to call them. You’ll just be told to call back when their manager is in. When you call back during the date/times they give you… chances are the manager still won’t be in.

This is the 3rd time that theve they were out of extra crispy chicken and told me that they stop making extra crispy at 6pm sometimes 7pm and they close at 930pm — the girl at the counter was nice but im sure its the manager cutting back and not giving customers what they want!

Every time I go to order on my break they NEVER have chicken. Doesn’t make sense since they are a chicken establishment

I’ve never been more pissed off trying to get a quick and what should’ve been easy meal… The employees are lazy and rude, I can understand hating your shitty minimum wage job, but jeezus some people need to be fired! How can you be THIS incompetent at a fast food place?! I’ve only actually eaten from here once(which as many other reviews said, took eons to get mediocre fried chicken and on top of it none of the employees seemed to care), on the second attempt after waiting at the speaker for a good ten minutes trying to get whomever’s attention inside, I simply drove away from the window and went to the little Chinese joint half a block away. Normally I wouldn’t even bother to review a fast food place, but this particular franchise is abhorrently bad.

I was told by a manager to order 30 minutes ahead of time for there pot pies so I don’t have to wait, what happen I waited anyway cause they said there oven was being use. That’s not my problem the person should have told me that on the phone.

The food is standard KFC and nothing wrong in that department. My biggest complaint about them is the staff. They are slow as molasses and seem to be lost and not interested in being there to work. It shouldn’t take 5 – 10 mins to get my order when there is only 1 guy in front of me. The drive through seems to be the priority as I watched them fill 3 orders there before they even took my order.

DONOTORDERHEREPLEASE! I just picked up a famous bowl that came with MOLD in it!!! Luckily I always look at my food before I eat it. I’m about to call the health department. This was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I can’t believe places like these are allowed to stay open. I of course returned to get my money back and they had the decency to ask if I’d like to trade my food in for a 3 piece! Sure, why not get food poisoning??? Might as well right? If I could give this place less than one star I would.

Had to tip the cook to get my crispy chicken but I got it anyway! Looks like they keep the lights off to fight the heat, either that or the owner is cheap. I would like to think the former.

This place SUCKS!!! Not only did they take their time but they didn’t even cook the chicken. We called and guess what, they didn’t answer. I would give this review ZERO stars if I could. I hope that they have a health inspector shut them down. Their chicken was not cooked. It was frozen. We had to return it. What a waste of time. Please don’t go their. So unprofessional.

This KFC was so dark pulling up, and hard to find. The staff was so rude, I asked if they had tenders they said ITSGOINGTOBE A 10MINWAITTIME I DONTKNOWIFYOUWANTTOWAIT. I was so shocked i drove a way and went to jack in the box down the street. Where the staff was nice and quick.

This place sucks, the staff sucks and is very rude. They talk to you with so much Attitude, the reason why they get 3 stars is because the food is good… who doesn’t like fired chicken…

This place has a very strange vibe, the lights inside are never on. This is the worst KFC I have ever been to in my entire life. I came here twice and ordered the same thing: 3 pieces spicy chicken wing deal. Both times, the chickens were soggy. I finally went up to the counter to ask them why the chicken wings aren’t crunchy. The person that works at the counter told me they weren’t supposed to be crunchy. I told him I always order the same deal from other KFC and they were always crunchy. The person told me «I have worked here for the past 12 years, they are not supposed to be crunchy. Which KFC did you go? Maybe the chicken wings they served you were old and dried.» I almost believed him. I went to KFC’s website to find out those spicy chicken wings were supposed to be «crispy» and«crunchy». This person that works at KFC lied to me and tried to make other KFC look bad. I am very disappointed and I will never return to this place, and I highly encourage you not to go to this KFC. People here are not honest and they are extremely rude.

I am only giving them 1 star cause it asks me to, I’ve been here over 30 times and any time I order anything chicken or buffalo wings I need to wait 15 min. The people at this location do not have any manners. They are rude, and trying to make you feel like you don’t know anything. This place a new look meaning new people without attitude.

Each of the 3 times I have come to this location they are OUT of chicken. I would say based on this they need to get their act together. I could see it happening once in a while, sure. But when your place of business is completely focused on chicken, you should probably have chicken ready to go. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost a lot of customers/potential customers this way.

You know despite the fact that we had to wait 12 minutes for our grilled chicken it wasn’t so bad waiting inside. Never really had a problem with this KFC. It wasn’t busy here in the evening at 5:45. Overall pretty good if you’re hankering for some chicken. By the way they are also having a healthy option where you can get steamed veggies for a 450 calorie meal :)

I’m not a chicken person, but I can always eat fried chicken, whether it be KFC, Popeye’s or Church’s. This particular KFC, I believe, is owned and operated by some of the least caring people in the world. With that being said, they recently hired, in the past year or so, a hispanic gentleman who is the cashier and runs the drive through. This guy offers great customer service, and if it weren’t for him, I’d have probably stopped coming here awhile ago.

Were it feasible, I’d eat like an obese six year old every day. As it is not, I cannot; thusly, only 2⁄3 of my meals come from fast food establishments*. I blame the economy. And this, friends, is why I thank the baby Jesus and his pet cow every single day(well, 2⁄3 of every single day) for the invention of the Double Down, for surely a meatwich so fine must have been crafted by God him/her/itself. Sure, you can get a Double Down at any participating KFC. What makes this one so excellent? The fact that their cash register cannot accept coupons but the restaurant(«restaurant»?) itself does, meaning that any coupon holder receives a discount in terms of how many senior citizen’s discounts the coupon amounts to, even if this amount is more than the discount value of the coupon**, which means that the coupon holder often gets their Double Down for slightly cheaper than at other KFCs. In other words? Win-win-win. Five stars minus a twenty percent«this whole process takes way longer than it should but I’m okay with that but still it takes too long» discount, for a total of four stars. *the other third comes from 7 – 11. I told you I was classy. **i.e., a dollar off coupon on a $ 5.00 Double Down would make it $ 4.00 at any other KFC, but this one takes two fifteen percent discounts of $ 0.75 for a total of $ 1.50 off, for a grand total of only $ 3.50 per Double Down, which amounts to saving a tenth of the price of each Double Down’s already reduced price, which means that, after ten visits, you get one FREE Double Down, which you still have to pay for but is actually covered by the amount of money you saved on your previous ten visits. Isn’t math fun?
