Springbrook doesn’t even deserve 1 star. They have continually discriminated against me and my mixed family while living here the past two years. We have never been late on rent, yet they still seem to harass us in many ways. They have literally thrown dirt on ONLY my car. They have managed to ONLY tow my car for being on the sidewalk (with permit) when about 5 others cars on the lot are parked similar to mine. It took me 9 months to obtain a copy of my lease when I requested one. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

The office staff seems «nice» (in a fake way…) and the apartment isn’t much better. The kitchen is anything but «gourmet» as they advertise. All 3 toilets became clogged with normal usage within the first 2 weeks. Can’t get Comcast in my apt because of bad wiring! They say they are renovating but nothing looks that new in the «updated» units except the light fixtures and door handles. Also, they could REALLY use ceiling fans. It’s hot in summer with no AC and there’s zero airflow. The only thing they have going for them is they accept large dogs… and the tiny bits of grass show it… but the neighbors seem friendly enough.

Lived in Springbrook for a year in 2010. FACTS: My car was broken into and vandalized while in the driveway of my townhouse. Multiple car windows throughout the complex were smashed out and items stolen from vehicles during my tenancy. (check with Renton Police Dept for numbers). Townhouse carpet was not replaced as I was informed when I moved in. They cleaned it the day of move-​in meaning it was wet when my furniture arrived. At move out I was billed for excessive charges unit cleaning (although the unit was spotless upon move out and I have photos and video proof) and carpet cleaning (old carpet that was wet when I moved in). Will never rent here again or any Riverstone property. I suggest you think twice about it. There are much better companies out there that don’t take advantage of you. Riverstone is a management company only in it for profits regardless of what is fair to residents.
