Im really disappointed with my visit today. The food was definitely not what I expected. Tasteless and greasy. I would have rather ate at Pizza Hut. I payed around $ 28 for a personal veggie pizza, 6 breadsticks, and a salad bar. After my son took a bite of the pizza he told it had pepperoni(I’m a vegetarian, my son is not). The pizza had lots of veggies on top so it was hard to see the pepperoni. I told the cashier that I had gotten the wrong pizza… He went to the table and took the pizza and threw it away. If he had good customer service he would have just left the pizza on the table and made me the pizza I had ordered. While I was there I saw two other tables that got the wrong pizzas. The employees are clearly clueless, messing up orders left and right.

This place is not bad, but there really is nothing great going on. The service feels a little off, but nothing creepy. The pizza taste like pizza that is a little peppery. Although I really did like their Hawaiian pizza.

This place has GREAT pizza but really really sketchy service… it’s impossible to order anything for delivery after 7:30 pm. I don’t know if the freaky attitude/vibe flows down from management or the owners or whatever, but whenever I go in there in person the vibe in there is like someone just died. What’s up with that? It has the potential to be a GOLDMINE pizza house, especially since Petrovitsky Park is right down the road with families with children who are on soccer and baseball teams, so this restaurant could generate a LOT of foot traffic and business and be extremely profitable. To the owners, you should lighten up on the attitude, start treating your employees better, get a player piano in there or else play some soft Italian music in the background,(turn the TVs down) string up some cute twinkle lights like an Italian trattoira, put red and white checkered tablecloths and Italian wine bottles with melted candles in them and parmesian cheese shakers along with red pepper shakers on the tables, and make it feel intimate and cozy. Have family nights or Sports Teams nights for the sports teams and Monday Night Football specials for the Seahawks fans. And maybe you could serve those crunchy long breadsticks on the tables in those red plastic drinking glasses and ranch or blue cheese salad dressing on the side for customers to munch on while they’re waiting for their orders to be made… and put up some unique and humorous artwork drawings on the walls like the artwork in Trader Joe’s Fearless Flyer or Farrell’s Ice Cream Parlor. And maybe put out a charming sidewalk chalkboard with the daily specials, because believe it or not, customers are attracted to that type of thing. And hang little tinkle bells on the door when people come in, that’s very inviting to hear. It’s the little details that count… a LOT. Keep the doors open at lunchtime, have a pot of sauce with meatballs cooking and some garlic roasting with olive oil in an oven for the aroma to draw customers in, dim the lights, make sure the twinkle lights and the music are going, and see what happens. I bet you would generate a lot of customers that way. Personalize your restaurant and make it feel warm and inviting! Your pizzas are very good and tasty, but you just gotta work on the ambiance, lighten up, make it fun, be nice to your employees so they’re having fun too, and make it inviting! People LOVE good Italian restaurants with atmosphere… Capice?

My husband and I came here with his brothers and kids after a soccer game and we decided to do one buffet and a chicken wings. My chicken wings took 25 mins for 6 pieces so while I waited I had a bite of my husbands salad and a pizza that I was feeding my niece who got a buffet as well. Then the waitress told the boss or owner of the place who was Chinese and rude so of course he rudely came up to our table and in a strong loud voice said«no sharing» buffet is not for sharing”! First of all there were 4 –adults and two kids in our group who all did the buffet and I got a 6 piece wings that took forever to come out and some waitress was going to tell on me because I had a bite of my husbands salad and was feeding my niece pizza! And for the manager to come to our table and told us we couldn’t share and I tried to tell him that I’ve been waiting for my wings! this place they just lost they just lost our business and the rest of our friends and families business. Worst customer service experience EVER spreading the word for people to NEVER eat here! Hope it’s stays deserted! We were the only group there other than another group of three senior citizens no wonder why it was empty they suck as a franchise! Way to make the company name look like dog poop!

As far as pizza goes… they have yet to disappoint me. I love pizza from Round Table.(Buffet not included– that pizza has usually been sitting and there isn’t much variety) Salad bar is hit and miss… last time I had it the eggs were frostbit and the salad was turning brown. My review though stems from my experience yesterday. I took my 7 year old son in for lunch. As I attempted to order a kids meal the manager came out and said I could not order a kids meal. I gave him a confused stare and he again told me no kids meal. I questioned the cashier… she shrugged. Looked apologetic. And then I asked the«manager» again and he said because I didnt have a child. My son was RIGHTTHEREWITHME. He said oh.whatever.and walked away. HORRIBLESERVICE. And he treated his cashier terribly as well.

Being new the Washington I was excited to try Roundtable because I’ve only heard good things. This location was a major disappointment. The manager was who greeted us and was not helpful to someone who didn’t know the menu. Upon ordering her did not offer me a detailed receipt. Once I noticed and returned to ask him he let out a large exhausted sigh. This is what immediately made this trip go downhill. The restrooms were not clean and the high chairs were sticky and disgusting. For a place that was not busy I would expect nothing but above par. The one star is because the pizza was decent, greasy but crisp!

I will preface this by saying that of all the standard pizza joints in comparison, Round Table Pizza is my favorite tasting pizza of all of them. The problem is that this location doesn’t necessarily knock it out of the park from a service standpoint. I’ve been there on 2 occassions for the lunch buffet where there are literally zero pizzas sitting there and 10 people waiting to get a slice. 2 pizzas come out and they are gone immediately and we(me and 2 kids) are still waiting. This has been the case the last 2 times we went which was in the last 6 months. Also, it is the most expensive pizza you can buy in the neighborhood although the quality at some level warrants it, but we wind up going with a more econimical choice for a family meal like Shakeys or Fairwood Thai.

They’re lunch specials end at 1:30. I was expecting to pay $ 18. for pizza and salad bar for 2, but I ended up $ 30. I remember Round Table being good pizza but the pizza sucked, salad bar was average and the asian lady working there keep stalking us when we returned to the salad bar. Customer service sucked and it seemed like she was unhappy with her life!

Warning! Check your pizza for hair. Went here for the buffet. They never have fresh looking pizza on the buffet. It takes forever to get new pizza out. But today the pizza came with a surprise! A piece of HAIR! It was baked into the pizza. No one making the pizza is wearing a hat, visor or hair net. It is time for a health inspection. I don’t plan on coming back

Because it’s Round Table, I am giving it 3 stars. We go here for the lunch buffet for work quite often. The pizza is pizza. The salad bar could have a few more options. The staff is there to take your money and the majority of the time if you ask for a curtain type of pizza for the buffet, they will make it… I can’t promise it will be out for you to eat by the time you are done tho. Delivery or to-go is like any other joint. I’m a fan of the Maui Zaui… Canadian bacon, crisp bacon, juicy pineapple, tomatoes, red & green onions on Polynesian Sauce. Add a side of garlic parmesan twists and a 2 liter of pepsi and you have my Thursday meal.

The place has a terrible turnover rate, the owner is always hiring and firing his staff so I can understand why the service is so terrible; no one can be in the place and you will stand at the counter waiting for someone to come out from the back. The pizza is so-so, the buffet is skimpy and the place is always empty — not a very good dining experience.

I went here with a group of people for a meeting/luncheon. When we walked in the place was deserted. There may have been one person in there during lunch time on a Saturday. That was a bad sign but we stayed anyways as it was too late to change our meeting location. When we went up to start ordering our food, we were told by the owner that we were NOT allowed to do the $ 8 lunch buffet because we were in a group. Are you kidding me??? Some of our party had already purchased the buffet because the cashier didn’t know the owner tried to keep us from ordering the buffet. After some words with the owner he said«this one time is an exception and that they would allow us to purchase the buffet.» Ummm, duh! Why would we not get the same treatment as other customers just because we were in a group? Then there were only 2 pizzas out in the buffet and the pizza was only mediocre. We got many rude looks from the owner in the 2 hours we were there even though we were a family oriented group and keeping quietly to ourselves. My recommendation is to go somewhere else.

There is noting I hate more than giving my business to a restaurant and then I get treated like crap. I ordered 8 pizzas on line for a work luncheon. The computer said it would be ready at 11:56. Okay… scooted over to the shop. I waited for over five minutes at the counter nobody showed up. Finally a guy filling the trinket machine went back to the kitchen. A guy came out and basically yelled at me that pizza takes long than twenty minutes to cook! Told him I didn’t mean to upset him. That was uncessesary. Then he came out with my bill and showed me a couple of times where to leave the tip. I don’t leave a tip for food I drive to pick up in cardboard boxes, especially when I get yelled at. He didn’t leave me a receipt. I went to the counter and asked for one. He told me to get it on line, and then changed his mind. He forgot to give his previous customer a plate and then blamed it on me to the customer because I interrupted him. Really weird experience.

Honestly I would only come here for the buffet on the weekend as the pizza is garbage pizza but at a very reasonable price for the buffet and drink.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. First of all, when we ordered, the kid at the counter had me repeat my order a few times. I was hopeful that after I did that, our order would be spot on. Boy was I wrong. Let me talk about the salad bar. The plates he gave us, were big enough to hold about 1 piece of lettuce, let alone put any toppings on. The dressings had droppings of all the other ones mixed in and random topping pieces mixed in. Then we sat down to eat, there were 4 of us. The kid from the counter comes out and surprise, he forgot to put in my pizza and charge me for it. At least I wasn’t charged, so he offers to give it to me no extra charge. Thats great. So when the pizzas are done, they bring out mine, my boyfriends, and my sisters. They said my sisters boyfriends pizza was on its way out. Well almost a half an hour later, it still isnt out and we’re done eating! I go up to the counter and ask about the pizza and I’m told its on its way out. Again. So I told them it was ridiculous that we all ate and he still didn’t have his food! No resolution was offered. Also, an older gentleman was dining at the table next to us and when he got up, he fell down! NOEMPLOYEE even looked over to see if he was okay! We asked him if he was okay or needed help and he said he was fine but I’d expect the restaurant workers to be on top of that. What if he’d needed medical attention. Shame on roundtable for even keeping this franchise open. I will NEVER return here and I tell everyone I know to not come here. Go to Shakeys instead. Or get papa-murphys.

We are in the process of trying out new places around our new home. We never been to a sit down pizza place, its not our usualy style but thought it would be a nice change of pace. The pizza we pretty expensive, for $ 20 you dont get too much. About the same amount I would get for half the price at papa johns. We also got a order of lasagna which tasted pretty good with good quality pasta noodles but for $ 10 you get a tiny piece. With a drink and tip, over $ 35 is not worth it one bit. Totally overpriced and I can see why the place was completely empty at 7pm. Service was ok and the dining area was pretty decent. We wont be going back.

Pizza was cold, staff was rude, wouldn’t take a coupon they accepted over the phone for carryout. Won’t go again.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes the pizza is good(crust and toppings or cooked), other times it is terrible(burnt or undercooked). Got some delivery on Sunday and it was crap(plus got some intestinal problems after eating it). Not cooked all the way. We use them in a pinch, but stupid of us to keep trying. Believe it or not, I would choose Domino’s over them if you are looking for delivery, as their pizza is much improved.

The ayce lunch buffet is a killer deal! $ 6.99 includes a fountain drink, although the soda selection leaves something to be desired. It’s 8.49 with salad, which isn’t a bad deal either. They do a great job of being on top of everything and making sure there are always fresh hot pizzas rolling out, as well as refilling the salad bar, dressing, condiments, etc… If you ask nicely, they’ll even make whatever pizza you desire from their menu, and it really only takes 5min. or so. The owner and the employees were very friendly and I will def be back eventually!

Round Table Pizza is a no-frills pizza joint. I love gourmet food, but since I’m also a value-minded consumer, I also love a good deal. If you’re looking for one, Round Table Pizza has it. For $ 7.99, you get a personal pizza(4 slices), all-you-can-eat salad bar, breadsticks and a cinnamon twist dessert stick. I had dinner there the other night and loaded up on the salad bar, which has fresh, quality items, and quite a variety too! I was able to get two meals out of my $ 7.99 because after having my salads and breadsticks(sweet and savory), I was able to save my pizza for lunch the next day. Bottom: If you have a craving for salad and pizza and love a good deal, go to Round Table Pizza.
