I just do drive through. They’ve never messed up my order or been rude. Other than that it’s a McDonald’s so what more can you expect?

This place is disgusting. Went in for the first time today, was nearby and I was pretty hungry. Ordering was like pulling teeth. Cashier didn’t speak a word of English OR Spanish, I had to point out items on the menu. The bathroom was filthy. Water everywhere, out of tp, and it’s so cramped I could barely maneuver in there. The lobby wasn’t much better. Food came quick and tasted fine, so it wasn’t a completely horrible experience.

Minimal interaction with employees at both windows. Window 1 only said my total with a scowl on his face. Window 2 there was no one there. About 20 seconds later a woman popped up with my food, stuck her hand out the window to give it to me and said thanks. Ridiculous for a morning, especially on Monday. Recommend working on customer interaction, because the definetly need it.

I’d give them zero if I could. I had to wait over 10 minutes in «standby» supposedly for our fries. 7 more cars went thru without a problem. At about 13 minutes past my receipt time stamp(its supposed to be fast food in a drive thru. Thats unacceptable!) some one finally came out with my meal and my sons kids meal. She literally was walking away from me as I was trying to ask a question! What the heck?! Rude! I got home to feed the kid and I expected hot(or warm at least) fries since that’s what I was told originally I had to wait on. WRONG! Cold, way over salted and completely inedible. Even my kid wouldn’t eat them. If you want cold burgers and fries, and warm apples in the kids meal, paired with a funky tasting soda and horrific service, go here. If you have taste buds at all, skip this place… For your own sake.

My pregnant friend wanted McDonalds for lunch, I went and kept her company. We ate there… it was strange. They just remodeled this place and it seems much more sparse, much fewer tables and the tables they had weren’t clean at all. I understand they get interesting customers, with buses so close but c’mon. wipe down a table and keep it clean… I felt bad, some customers were forced the leave as there were no tables… why the terrible remodel?

Twice a year, I allow myself to indulge in a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. Does it taste good? Yup. Is it good for you? Like an extra hole in the head. But, health consciousness aside, the folks here are friendly and fast and there’s no reason to blame them for our own massochistic tendencies. Six month countdown to a 20-piece nugget starts now.

I rarely go to McDonalds, but my friends and I decided to eat here because we didn’t really have time for anything else. They lost our order and the cashier who rung us up claimed that he never took our order, which was a complete lie(he couldn’t have forgotten our faces that quickly). One of my friends got upset, so she asked for the manager, and we were told that someone else probably got our order instead, so we were supposed to wait around to see if they’d come back when they figured it out. Turns out that there wasn’t an extra order after 5 – 10 minutes, so they finally decided to save their dignity and give us the food we had claimed to have paid for. All in all, I wouldn’t come here again, even if it was the middle of the night and it was the only shop open. Terrible customer service.

The ONLY reason to go to McDonalds is if you’re starving, or you want to get icecream. Pros: –Fast(obviously) –Open late –Their McFlurries are quite delicious Cons: –Fries are like puffs of air –The bigger burgers taste like rubber Tips: –Only eat the fries if you’re going to dip them in icecream –Get their $ 1 cheeseburger and expect exactly that, a $ 1 hunk of cheap meat that can quickly satisfy a bad craving

THISMCDONALDSSUCKS. I have a couple friends who work there and I feel for them because whenever they are cashiering there is a boss breathing down their neck, and they are completely capable and trained. These kids who work at McDonalds on Grady Way are in Pre Calc or higher, AP classes, and honors. No lie, I have classes with them. It’s just kinda frustrating to see your friends in that work environment especially when you know they are resourceful and helpful but when put under stress… not so much. They do accept your coupons. But slowly. Reluctantly. The food is good but the bathroom always stinks. Yes, I know it’s a McDonalds. But this isn’t a McDonalds in S. Cali or something, this is in a middle class neighborhood w/«normal people». The place is not clean and it is crammed and not set up well. They just need to tear it down and build it from the ground up. Something is always wrong with the order. Once, I got water instead of sprite. It’s not the employees, it’s the management, the layout, and teamwork. I feel like the morale is lacking and therefore your meal and experience will not be so great. Go to the one in Fairwood or Rainier.

24 Hr McDonalds — it’s your typical McD’s but they are always friendly and make the food fresh for you in the middle of the night. It is always service with a smile!
