When we had the freaky weird storm that blew through here in December 2015, it knocked down part of the gutter and rain pipe… I called three places and it was only Kevie who returned my call promptly and was so nice! The quote was for $ 275-​ish, including tax and a turn around time of the following week…
Imagine my surprise when, on a typical rainy Monday, Kevie’s workers showed up a little after the quoted time of 10am. They were fast and courteous — they did a great job of repairing and fixing all that the storm had knocked down.
Would I call on Kevie again? Absolutely!

This is a great, solid, trustworthy company and Kevie is fantastic. I highly recommend using Loyalty Gutter. I had plastic gutters that leaked at the seams. Kevie was super responsive when I called, went to look at the house and provide an estimate right away. I was only going to replace one side of the house that was critical, and then do the rest later, but the estimate was really reasonable so I budgeted and replaced all the gutters around the house. Kevie was super fast, communicative, and great to work with. If you need gutter work at all, use Loyalty.

I’m glad I saw these positive reviews on Unilocal as I did not know where to begin for finding a gutter repair service. Kevie has always responded within 24 hours. His original estimate ended up being high for the amount of work it took and he immediately offered a solution that I was happy with. He has a lot of integrity and is very responsive.

These guys are the best! I used to use a company with the initials GK that used to be great, but has since totally turned to crap! Kevie and the guys go the extra mile, big time! They picked up, and stained all new fascia for me, and even picked up some cedar siding for me for a totally unrelated project. There craftsmanship is the best. I called and spoke to Kevie on a Thursday, he said he’d make time to see my property the following Monday to give me an estimate. He called me that Saturday from my house. I wasn’t home but gave him the ok to look at the job and provide an estimate. My wife was home and said he was gone in 10 minutes. I realized I’d missed his call and he left a vague message to call him back. I returned his call and left a message. Several hours later I called him again. He didn’t pick up but he did call me back. He proceeded to tell me I needed an entire overhaul of my gutters. He said he would email me a bid for new gutters as well as a scenario where he could repair the current gutters. I guess he didn’t want the job as I have yet to hear from him.
Very dissappointing considering the rave reviews I’ve read about his company on Unilocal

Loyalty Gutter Services provided outstanding service as they rebuilt our gutter system for our backyard rain garden and also cleaned out our gutters in the process. We worked closely with Kevie to get the systems put into place correctly, and he went above and beyond as a provider.
If you need someone to do a great job as well as put your mind at ease in the process, they do a fantastic job. I plan to work with them in the future any time we need our gutters cleaned.

Kevie runs the most reliable helpful gutter business I found. All the businesses were too busy to come out or even call back! Loyalty Gutter Services came right out, assessed the situation and fixed it. Then I wanted to change part of the work. Kevie came out with his crew and took care of it and did not charge me extra. As a recent WA transplant, my knowledge of anything rain related is still limited. So when water was coming from the center of the gutters, I contacted Kevie and Loyalty Gutter Services. They came out and gave me a reasonable estimate, and when they came out to do the work, they did the work fast and got the tennis ball that was blocking the gutters out. Kevie recommended a few things to do to prevent any future problems and because they were late showing up, the gutter cleaning was free. I will definitely be calling them back if I need them in the future.

Kevie and Clint cleaned the gutters, then adjusted them to get the water flowing the right way. They applied caulking to the corners and reported that the screen designed to keep the squirrels away appeared to be working well.

We had some leaky gutters and they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, so I asked for a referral from the company that replaced our roof (‘A Better Roofing Company’), and they recommended Loyalty Gutter. Kevie came over and inspected our gutters and told me they were in good shape overall, just needed cleaning and a little leak patching at the corners. He provided a very affordable estimate, and was able to do the job the next week. I really appreciated his friendly and informative manner, and the price was great. I am new to the area and I’m trying to prepare for the rainy season in advance. The rain gutters on the house were not draining, so I called Kevie @ Loyalty Gutter Service. Much to my surprise, he was able to come out the next day. On top of that, he showed up when he said he would, and had the work done in no time flat.
