Some of the people there know what they are doing when they answer the phone, but that only applies if they answer the phone, or call back after leaving a message asking for a return call. It sucks we are forced by the insurance companies to use them. They make shops look bad.

Stay away! Extremely disappointed. LKQ sold me a replacement motor that had «fault» codes. When confronted with documentation from VW dealership, LKQ becomes very hard to get a hold of. I left seven messages in a month with no response. When finally contacted, LKQ’s response is «pull the motor at your expense and return it»

I have dealt with this company since 2004, aftermarket parts is a tricky biz and i give them an A+ they have always helped us figure out issues if we have them (very rare) i recomend useing them for aftermarket parts, if there is issues, call them back they will make it right.
