Jamba Juice

Middle if Summer in hot weather and they ONLY staff 1 person. I love this company. But this is the second time they’ve had long delays at counter. It’s not the employees fault that they are understaffed. PLEASE HIRE HELP TO MEET SUMMER DEMAND!!!

This Jamba Juice is in a safeway if you have a hard time finding it. Kelly gave my boyfriend and I the best service I’ve ever recieved. With recommendations and friendly jokes she made this more than a corporation feeling service, I will be back just to receive excellent service and a friendly smile from Kelly :)

Smoothies are just as tasty as any other Jamba Juice however, the service is a joke. I walked up around lunch time with no other customers in line. The lady working took forever. I had to tell her what I wanted twice, then had to make sure she knew I wanted it light. Two others joined in line and she took FOREVER to even acknowledge that they were there. She made my smoothie but then noticed that she forgot to make it light and had to make it over again. I kid you not, 15 Min’s. That is WAY to long for a damn smoothie. I don’t think I will be back to this location. Ill just make my way to the Factoria location where it is always fast and friendly.

One star. The smoothies are pretty good, but the service sucks. Last Monday after my workout at the 24 Hour Fitness next door, I showed up at quarter to 7, the whole place was shut down and the lights were off. The sign says open until 7, but ok. Two days later, I get there at five minutes to 7, and the girl is shutting down. Ok, fair is fair. Thursday, I cut my workout a bit short, and get there at 6:30, and again, the place is shut down and all the lights are off — it had been closed for a while. I checked the sign again, and they were supposed to be open until 7. Ok. At that point, I had written this little joke of a business off and decided never to spend money there again. Then last night, after our workout, my wife pleaded with me to head over there for a smoothie. We got there at 6, and were served by Amber, who was friendly enough, but as we were walking away with our smoothies, another employee came up to Amber and asked her how it was going and she immediately started loudly complaining about how busy it was, and noticing that we were still in earshot, lowered her voice a bit more and vented her frustration to her coworker. Funny, I didn’t see any other customers, and we didn’t have to wait in a line… By 6:15, when we left, Jamba Juice was shut down with no Amber in sight.
Sorry, I don’t give a damn how tasty your smoothies are. If I have to show up an hour before you close to even have a chance to give you my money, and then get treated like an inconvenience for it, then you must not want it badly enough. I’m sorry I ever spent a dime here. They won’t be getting another. Even though I live around the corner, I’d rather drive all the way to the Landing to get a smoothie at Emerald City Smoothie.

Buy 7 and get 1 free: D. What a deal! You can’t find this deal at a normal jamba juice stand. This one is located specifically inside of Safeway. I love pink passion and banana berry is my new fav. Yays to being healthy!
