First time in this place while waiting for my car to be washed, and don’t regret trying it. Courteous staff. Great yogurt, salted caramel unique!

Normally fantastic, but today the vanilla custard had gritty lumps. I told the guy working here, but he didn’t offer me any compensation or another flavor I tossed it :(

My daughter and I go here often. Best FroYo in Reno. Creamier and better tasting yogurt than other FroYo places in town. Reasonably prices. You choose how much or how little yogurt and toppings to take. Paid for by weight, so be careful! This location is right next to Bertha Miranda’s in the same building at the corner of Longley and S. Virginia.

This is the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever tasted. It is also reasonably priced. Cute décor. You serve yourself, add all the toppings you want and then pay by weight Love the lemon. They have five locations around Reno and northern Nevada. Go get some great yogurt!

They were very slow and did not pay attention to the other customers that weren’t at the cash register. I wanted to sample a flavor but he kid would not acknowledge me so I went and got the flavor I was questioning anyways. Then my friend said«hey she wants a sample.» He then said hold on but I said no I don’t need one I already have my yogurt. Then then when I went to the register he asked what I wanted to sample. What??? I’m not gonna sample something if I already have my yogurt!!! Use some logic and pay attention from the beginning! The flavor I got was cookies n cream and didn’t have much of a cookies n cream taste to me. Just tasted bland so I ate the toppings I had but it would’ve been nice to have toppings AND frozen yogurt, not just toppings in a cup.

My kids were happy so I’m happy. Very clean and the young man with the great smile had great customer service and was very helpful! Lots of toppings to choose from & not too expensive. A nice treat for a Sunday afternoon.

If you’ve seen any of my reviews, you know: #1 — I’m a Fro-Yo Fiend! #2 — I’m a Yogurt Beach fan for life! #3 — It’s the little things that matter most to me! Well, if I love fro-yo so much and am a loyal and devoted fan of Yogurt Beach, then why only 4 stars? The little things… that’s why. Let me explain… This Yogurt Beach location has the same makeup as all the other locations. Great flavors in a self serve setup, friendly and helpful staff, and a nice topping selection that includes my standards(dark chocolate chips, yogurt chips, and chopped almonds). So you can still go in and get the product you’re after, but there’s something about the experience that’s a bit different. It seems to be what this location doesn’t have that makes it so different. It doesn’t really have the same warmth and design of the other location, and it definitely doesn’t have the customers sitting and enjoying their yogurt like the South Meadows location does either. Now, to be fair, I have never stayed at Yogurt Beach to enjoy my yogurt. For me it’s something to be squirreled away to my den(house) and enjoyed on my couch with some TV in the background. But there’s something nice about walking into a busy business, where you can actually see customers enjoying themselves. This location is just drab. It’s in a big open room shared with a restaurant which is never open from what I can tell. It does have some of the same design elements and branding, but it just doesn’t feel the same. I’m not sure if this location will ever feel like the other one, so for now, whenever I’m asked, Hey! Do you want to go to Yogurt Beach?, the running joke in my house will be «Are we talking about the good one or the other one?»
