I can’t say enough about how well this place is run. Incredibly friendly staff, clean property, low rates, great location, gate security, moving tools available, etc. Shelly set me up with a perfect unit and I was all set in no time. I feel great about my decision to move into Vassar Self Storage!

Do not waste your money or time, this place has horrible customer service Property Manager is rude along with maintenance. Shelley No need to find out when I was there you should you should remember clearly. There is better places with real professional staff and more security for same price. I will never go back to this place.

We needed to rent a storage unit unexpectedly and did a survey of the various options near the airport as we live in Oregon. We thought Vassar Self Storage looked really well kept from the outside so went inside to inquire. Louise, who was working on the weekend, was absolutely terrific. I’ve rented a few storage units in my day and her helpful nature and willingness to work with our situation went way above and beyond anything I’ve experienced in this business before. She showed us what was available, let us talk about it in private and then got the paperwork done efficiently. We were out of there in no time. We needed to get to the airport and she even gave us a lift so we could catch our flight since we were leaving our motorcycle in the storage unit.
