Stopped into this store, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me solid advice. Even gave my computer a quick check up and diagnosis, all without charging me a dime. (Probably not always the case, but they seem to value relationships and customer loyalty) Would definitely go back to these guys with any computer issues in the future.

I moved from the Bay Area (Silicon Valley) and thought my IT techs were the bomb there. Have to say, these guys are on par if not better than most I went to there! Honest, quick, can fix anything and stand behind their work. As good as it gets!

So a while back I heard these guys ad on the radio, about fixing touch screens on smart phones. I broke a really good phone and hit these guys up about fixed no my screen. I told them what brand and asked how much it would be to fix. The guy on the phone said «yea no prob we can fix it, BUT, it will cost X amount and HONESTLY, you are much better just getting a new phone.» I was questioning way he was saying, and all in all he was super Honest about me getting a new phone cause it would cost about the same. Who is so honest like that? That is an amazing factor, especially for a bizz not trying to rip you off and take your money, but to be up front and honest about what the best options are! THESE GUYS ARE BAD ASS AND HONEST!!! PROPS COMPUTER GUY AND STAFF!!! Anyone that has phone problems, GO SEE THESE GUYS!

Best place in town to take your computer for repairs! Were able to save a laptop that had wine spilled over the keyboard and inside. They not only kept me informed of the step by step diagnosis but also the progress on the repair. Excellent value for the price. Even with ordering parts we had the computer back within 72 hours. Ten times better than when I tried taking it to Best Buy’s Geek Squad and they quoted 3 – 5 weeks.

I took my laptop over at 10:00, picked up at 5:00 and it only cost me $ 79 for them to do some diagnostics and figure out my free AVG was the problem. Installed Microsoft Security Essentials and i didn’t lose anything that i was so worried about (music and pictures). Highly recommend Daniel if you got computer problems — the Computer Guy is honest, fast and inexpensive!
