We called Office Concepts of Reno because we were having issues with our used Xerox Docucolor 252. We could not get a local authorized Xerox dealer to come out and help service our machine although we emailed and called numerous times. Dan came right out and took care of our problem. He was prompt and extremely affordable, especially when compared with the local Xerox dealer, who never came out. We will use Dan with any other service we need on our Docucolor.

I called today to see if I could get a Brother DCP-​8155DN printer repaired. The chap I talked to, Dan, was able to tell me what was wrong and was as honest as the day is long. He said the replacement part costs $ 250 and by the time you added in the cost of labor I was better off getting a new one. New they are $ 350. He was right. He could have played me but he didn’t. Honest guys like this deserve the call. I am putting him in my list of people to call when I need printers, copiers, or scanners fixed.
